Hotel Chagnot Reviews

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's super centrally located, next to the train station and Euralille. Parking is easy there, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived on a very hot day, as the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. We were given a fan, though. Beautiful view from the top floor.

The service was very good, but the room didn't have an air conditioner, only a fan. It wasn't too hot, which was good, but it was sometimes uncomfortable during the day or when sleeping.

The hotel was basic, but the room had all the amenities. The service was excellent. Great location.

The room, while small, was comfortable and the soundproofing was decent. Overall, it was a good stay. It's close to the train station and the metro. It's a convenient place to stay for both sightseeing and business trips in Lille. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and offers English-speaking staff.
