My wife and children, a family of four, were visiting Lijiang for the first time, and this hotel was the perfect choice! I chose the room based on the layout, and they were both very happy. The room was spacious and bright, with plenty of practical furniture, including a bar, sofa, coffee table, and small round table. With the kids, we could spread out our belongings while they played on the sofa and we rested at the table, which was so comfortable. There were also plenty of charging areas, allowing us to plug in our phones, power banks, and the kids' small toy chargers without any crowding. This was a really thoughtful touch. The location is also excellent, with parking downstairs and the Old Town just a few hundred meters away on foot. Restaurants and shopping are also nearby, making it easy to take the kids out and about. The hotel's areas on floors 3-5 are incredibly cozy. The ground floor entrance is unassuming, but it doesn't detract from the wonderful experience. The two sisters who run the hotel are welcoming and attentive, offering travel tips. The room was spotless, and the sheets and duvet covers were hand-washed, making them soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent, and I slept soundly. The shower and toilet are separate, so there was no need to fight over them. It's rare to find an accommodation that the whole family is satisfied with. I will stay here again next time I come to Lijiang!
