Excellent hotel at the foot of Jade Dragon Mountain. Room size is large and clean with nice view facing the snow mountain. Golf course is just next to the hotel and had shuttle service for golfer. Highly recommended!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel’s outstanding service standards. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lucass at the front desk, who was always warm and attentive, and to our personal butlers, Zola and James, whose thoughtful support and attention to detail made a world of difference. What truly set this experience apart were the many personal touches that made our stay unforgettable. We were given a daily programme schedule, and when they heard that I injured myself, they provided me with medicated spray. On my birthday, the team also specially arranged a cake for me — such a kind and memorable gesture. Complimentary transport to and from the visitors centre made our excursions seamless and stress-free. One of the standout moments was during breakfast, when we mentioned in passing that we really liked the lychees. To our delight, the chef personally packed some for us to take away — a simple yet incredibly thoughtful act that reflects the heart of the hospitality here. If you’re looking for a place where genuine care and thoughtful service are part of the everyday experience, this hotel is a perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already dreaming of our next visit.

Very beautiful and direct view for the mountain, super good location.

I stayed for two nights at the end of May and had a truly pleasant experience. Communication with the hotel was smooth from the start, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the personal room introduction provided by the staff—it was a thoughtful touch that made me feel welcomed right away. The welcome fruits and snacks were a lovely gesture, and every query I had—whether about the dining menu or room service request—was handled promptly and courteously. I was also touched by the small daily gifts, which added a personal and memorable touch to the stay. The hotel offers a variety of activities, which I unfortunately didn’t get to explore much this time. I’d definitely love to return and experience more of what the property has to offer. Thank you once again for taking such great care of us during our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel has best location, the view of snow mountain is stunning! Staff are friendly and helpful, Kai who brought us to the forest and Emily who served us in the restaurant and other staff members who I couldn’t name, they provided fantastic service. Will come back again, thanks!

The resort is awesome, and the services are top-notch. Their customer representative, Carina, responded quickly to any requests through WeChat. Would suggest all foreigners to download WeChat if you are thinking to visit China. The hotel is located near the snowy mountain, with an altitude of about 3100m. My parents suffered from high-altitude sickness on the first night, but luckily, the hotel provided medical oxygen equipment, which helped them feel better. Would definitely revisit the resort!

If your purpose in Lijiang is the snow mountain and the villages surrounding it, this hotel is hard to beat. The rooms are large and the estate is sprawling and peaceful. You can see the snow mountain from the room and if you’re blessed, the sunrise golden cast on the snow mountain is an amazing view. Service is attentive and thoughtful (celebration decor/cake, free shuttle service to the tourist centre nearby and even providing portable oxygen everyday for if guests have altitude issues). Alex and James were super helpful and understanding on the butler service WeChat.

We had an excellent stay at Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang, with no complaints about the staff, food, or rooms. This 5-star hotel truly delivers 5-star service. The sunrise view from our room was breathtaking, adding a magical start to each day. Even when we requested buggy services to transport us between the main lobby and our block, the wait time was minimal, ensuring convenience throughout our stay. The high tea and breakfast provided were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. As we stayed during Christmas, we were delighted to receive complimentary ham to accompany our dinner, which added a festive touch to our experience.

It is very nice view in the room to see the snow mountains, no need to wake up early and queue for the view. The hotel also provide many local activities to explore the culture, had a lot of fun!

Best stay ever… got upgraded to mountain executive room, the room is huge and face the beautiful Yulong mountain. They have so many activities for kids, and the highlight is star gazing. We were lucky to have clear skies and learn a lot about star gazing for a small fee.

A luxurious hotel, whose location is great if you want to have a majestic view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain or to get to the cable car station. From the comfort of the room during sunrise, you'll be able to see how the mountain transforms from cool grey to golden 日照金山.

The room is absolutely beautifully designed with direct Mountain View. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were absolutely great. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed wandering around the hotel premise, as the hotel has many shops opened by third parties, like a tea shop, a speciality coffee shop, and a TangKa painting museum. All the shops have different styles, the clashed ambiance made the hotel very artistic and charismatic

The staff were super helpful in accommodating to our needs. The receptions were very responsive on WeChat and helped us get ready for the trip to the mountain, and even booked us a Taxi to our next hotel from their own accounts. The hotel has lots of cool activities you can take a part of and has amazing views.
