The room was spacious with eye-catching decor. It's an older building that could use some upgrades but it holds up. The location is not too far from the old town.

The hotel was nice and clean, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location is good - only a 10-15 minute walk to Lijiang Ancient City （丽江古城南门 或者 中医市场） and a 5 min walk to Lijiang Bus Station (丽江客运站）。 They have a free water station where you can fill up your water bottle, and if you need to store your luggage after you check out, you can store it there for free. There are lots of free oxygen canisters from previous guests who bought them and did not use them, so if you're going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain 玉龙雪山 you don't need to buy one. The only downside was that the walls were very thin, so the sound of other guests opening/closing their doors was quite loud, and I heard some construction going on. Bring earplugs.

I booked more nights after seeing the real room, everything nice, the owners are kind and helpful, they helped me a lot during my stayed in Lijiang and hotel location is not far from Lijiang old town and Zhongyi market. I give 5 stars without hesitation, all good. Hope to come back Lijiang again.

Good location as I just want a place near the bus station as my travel plan for morning departure and also walking distance to the old town to spend the evening in the old town. My room is bigger than I have booked probably the boss upgraded my room as it is low season and fewer guests.

We had originally booked for 2 people to stay in the queen budget room but when we arrived the host informed us that it would be too cold to stay in that room because the electric blanket only covered half the bed. We were a bit confused because we had booked a room for two people but were being told it was only suitable for one. She ended up upgrading us for free to a really big bed which was really nice of her and it was very warm, even without the AC heater because the electric blanket was really good. We were also able to do our washing for free which was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay but maybe don't book the budget room in winter for 2 people because it will be too cold.

Very nice place, free tea, you can use fridge and kitchen, there is a washing machine. The hotel is very close to the bus station and there are a lot of nice and cheap places to eat all around, plus a market oper until 1 am!

This is my 2nd time staying at the same property after returning from Shangri-la. Decided to stay here again due to familiarity of the location (minutes away from Lijiang Old Town). This time I took up a higher category room that has a window that opens to the outside. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It comes with air conditioning (in March, need to use the "heater" function). The bathroom was a bit odd in term of arrangement as the shower will thoroughly drench the toilet bowl (see photo). Overall it's a minor annoyance compared to what the hotel has to offer in term of location, affordability, amenities, etc.

Great location, nice budget room, friendly homestay. Bed was super comfortable and air con worked well. There’s a free to use washing machine on site which is super handy, and the family running the hotel were really nice. Do be aware that as it is a home stay and does not have an elevator, so it can be a little noisy with people coming in and out and kids running around. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, maybe not the best for you, but otherwise it’s a good option for a budget stay in a great location.

Spotless room. Lady boss is helpful. Beautiful garden. Free laundry is available. Lots of eateries nearby.
