Incredible hotel experience, The design , the service and the food, everything was 10/10. The private courtyard and butler service made me feel so special. The hidden gem is the schedule of daily free activities and strolling through gardens to see elegant black swans and adorable friendly sheep! It’s an experience you can’t get anywhere else. It totally made my trip.

The Hyatt Jinmao Lijiang was recommended to me by a close friend and it was truly worth the hype! It was the perfect location for us to explore local attractions, like Shuhe Ancient Town, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and Tiger Leaping Gorge. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional wooden design with modern touches. Our room was fantastic - super spacious and comfortable with lovely Naxi touches. We loved strolling around the property’s serene gardens and watching sunrises and sunsets over the stunning Jade Dragon snow mountain. The hotel also had so many unique amenities, like an animal farm with alpacas, free guided tea tasting, complimentary photoshoot, and a luxurious sauna and jacuzzi, which was the perfect place to relax after long days of walking. Bella and the Jinmao team’s service at the front desk was warm, friendly, and professional and they were always quick to help with all of our questions. A special thanks to Bella for going above and beyond - when I left my jacket in the closet, she was quick to message me and offered to express deliver it to my next hotel. Truly exceptional service!!

Amazing stay with great views of the Yulong Snow Mountain! Room is very spacious. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are super attentive and helpful! From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth. Highly recommend!!

Very well furnished hotel with amazing view of the mountains. The hotel itself is beautifully designed too. Staff are hardworking but perhaps young and slightly inexperienced. The Chinese restaurant within the hotel has one of the best Peking ducks

Such a beautiful hotel. Upgraded our room to mansion because the room we wanted was going to be under renovation. The hotel environment is beautiful, with traditional Lijiang architecture, a lake. And they have some farm animals on the hotel grounds which my daughter absolutely loved.

The hotel is very beautiful, Shannnyn gave a small doll when I checked out, the room is very large and suitable for families to stay, and the breakfast is also delicious.😋

We booked a snow-view room, but unfortunately, the poor weather meant we couldn't see anything. I'd suggest opting for a room on the third floor, as it might offer better views. Cleanliness was decent. The small animals on the property were quite endearing and vocal, though their droppings in the courtyard did have a rather strong odor. Staff responsiveness to messages was inconsistent, sometimes quick and sometimes slow. Generally, the facilities felt a bit dated, with most of the courtyard's floor tiles loose and cracked. Despite these minor issues, our overall stay was still quite good.

The hotel itself is truly beautiful. Our lakeside suite offered lovely views of the hotel's artificial lake, where we enjoyed watching the cygnets gracefully swim – it was incredibly serene. Jennifer provided exceptional service. Another major plus was the incredibly spacious suite, and visiting during the off-season offered excellent value for money. Overall, our hotel experience was fantastic. As expected from a five-star hotel, the bedding was incredibly luxurious; both the mattress and duvet were wonderfully soft and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities, making it easy to spend our entire stay enjoying the hotel's facilities. We'll definitely be back!

On our trip to Lijiang, as soon as we arrived, the door staff immediately helped with our luggage. At the front desk, Bella kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a lake view room. The staff patiently explained all the available activities. Our room was spacious, featuring a wide balcony with a fantastic view of swans on the artificial lake – it was truly relaxing and comfortable. The hotel's service was excellent across the board. The dining options were extensive, and there was a great variety of hotel activities. We especially loved the hotel's adorable small animals, with whom we could even interact. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

The hotel was beautiful and it’s design has a nice blend of modern Chinese and the local Naxi cultural elements. The rooms are very clean and we could get a glimpse of the snow mountain from our room’s balcony. The hotel provides lots of activities which we would very much love to join but didn’t have time. There was a mini petting zoo too! Their receptionist, Bella, was very helpful and friendly. Love this hotel and I would come back again if I visit Lijiang.

Rooms are nice. Breakfast with excellent choices. Restaurant is by the lake. Great atmosphere. Front Desk is constantly busy. 3rd party photographer is interesting and professional. Massage is ok.

Jennifer from customer service was incredibly helpful and promptly resolved any issues we had. Upon check-in, we had two separate bookings with different room types, but she quickly and efficiently merged them, saving us the hassle of switching rooms during our three-night stay – a huge convenience. The breakfast spread was also generous and varied. Our room featured a private balcony, and the hotel even offers a pillow menu, allowing guests to select one that perfectly suits their individual preference. Our room was a standalone courtyard villa, and the interior decor featured traditional Naxi architectural style. The public areas were spotless, and the meticulously maintained landscaping was evident throughout the property. Our room was quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Staying here was incredibly relaxing, truly feeling like a secluded paradise. It was a thoroughly satisfying experience.
