Location is convenient for those wanting to explore the Yulong snow mountain area but a 20mins ride to the city centre. Breakfast with a view of the mountain was a 💯 and there are alpacas in the compound!!

It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in china so far! The hotel area is stunning with great facilities. There’s a decent spa with a big swimming pool, 2 hot pools and sauna (separate for females and males). Breakfast is diverse, there are western options as well. Rooms are spacious and cozy. There is a coffee machine in the room. Staff is friendly and welcoming! I wanna go back already

Great resort, beautifully designed with buildings surrounding lake which reflects the mighty Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the background. Rooms are spacious with atmospheric details. The pool & gym facilities are top notch. On site Chinese restaurant has good quality meals.

Travelled with my family and the hotel was beautiful! The overall hotel environment is tranquil and quiet, away from the bustle of the main ancient town yet still conveniently located to get around. Breakfast restaurant had a great view of the morning light shining on the mountain. Rooms despite showing slight signs of age were well maintained, stylish and comfortable. Stayed at 2 different rooms during my stay and the second had poor water pressure for the shower. However, upon feedback, the staff were able to quickly fix the problem which showed their professionalism and high service standards. Overall, a comfortable and great stay for families and would definitely consider it value for money given Hyatt’s 5* standards!

This hotel looked so grand and had a buggy service to bring us around. The extra bed that I had ordered took a long time to come, and the manager was nice enough to waive the charge for that. Breakfast tasted good but variety could be larger for such a high-end hotel. The water strength in the shower could also be stronger. I love the beautiful view of Yulong mountain with the hotel lake and its resident black swans too!

I enjoyed the hotel stay a lot. Beautiful architecture, large breakfast selection, and you just can’t go wrong with a large hotel. My tip to other Travellers who are looking for a luxury experience, please don’t go for the up and coming avant garde room designs that seem to be popular in Lijiang. Pros: 1. Economies of scale, rooms are of a high standard. Heating, air-conditioning all work fine. You’ll realize it’s a problem with the boutique hotels who are at the same price point 2. Breakfast begins at 6:30am - great for when you want to start your day early. 3. They had beautiful black swans and offer free activities like kayaking alongside them. Cons: 1. The boutique hotels has personalized services compared to large hotels. However, it’s not important for me.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at Jinmao Purelax Lijiang, The Unbound Collection by HYATT. The hotel provided great service, and the convenient location near Shuhe Ancient Town made exploring easy. While the hotel’s Italian restaurant and spa could use some improvement, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The room was great, huge and functional. Would recommend it for families as well. Able to sleep 3 easily. Had a separate closet for bags and a small screen inside the mirror. Overall great service from the staff where they will also pick you up with a buggy when checking out.

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Lijiang! The property is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The rooms are divided into several villas, and each villa has a few rooms. The service was very warm, responsive, and helpful. From the lobby, you’ll be taken to your room by buggy, and you can also call for a pickup from your room. But walking is also an option — it's not far and very pleasant with the lovely surroundings. There’s a large lake with black swans swimming, as well as an alpaca and pony garden. It was such a delightful place to stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view from the breakfast area. You get to see the Jade Mountain. Breakfast selection comprises of local delicacies and western. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
