The staff was really helpful especially Emna provided us an exceptional service, ensuring every detail was perfect . Highly recommend for a luxurious retreat!

This hotel delivers unbeatable value, with spacious, spotless rooms and great amenities. Its prime location near attractions and easy taxi access makes exploring a breeze. The views are lovely, but the standout is the service—especially Bella at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Free parking is a nice bonus. The traditional architecture and graceful black swans gliding across the serene waters created an atmosphere of pure tranquility. Highlights of my stay included the complimentary Pu’er tea experience at Jinmao Ming,a delightful cultural immersion, and the peaceful boating on the beautiful lake . The spa’s signature massage was truly divine, leaving me completely relaxed. Breakfast was a standout, featuring authentic Yunnan specialties like fluffy baba rice cakes and aromatic rice noodles. While most dishes impressed, the bakery’s pastries could be more consistent. A special mention goes to the front desk team whose warm hospitality stood out. Emna provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was perfect. For travelers seeking a harmonious mix of cultural discovery and Hyatt’s refined luxury this hotel is an impeccable choice.

My stay at Jinmao PureLax Lijiang, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in the heart of Lijiang’s ancient district, this hotel seamlessly blends modern luxury with traditional Naxi culture. From the moment I arrived, the staff especially Emna went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. And the hotel’s private lake with black swans and fish was a serene escape. We loved it . At every turn,this hotel proves itself as a perfect blend of Hyatt’s luxury and Lijiang’s charm!

1）Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, especially Emna was so nice . The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions and dining options. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the amenities (like the gym and spa) were top-notch. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Hyatt Purelax is a well-maintained opulent retreat for you and your family in LiJiang. There is a huge variety of activities as well as facilities. There is a Gym, a Swimming pool, two restraunts, a spa and many more. There is a huge hotel lake where you can go fishing and boating. Here, you can take the best gorgeous photos for your social media or simply just for memories sake. There are also many mesmerising black swans and koi fishes which roams the entire lake. We had a really fun time boating as we could see the fishes underneath us as the kayak boats were made out of clear plastic- Very cool experience. The staff there is very helpful and will always assist you when in need. Daisy is one staff member there that was particularly polite and very accommodating. She was very hardworking and always entertained our requests. She always brought a smile and had outstanding attitude. We are grateful towards her and commend her for her good service. Along with Daisy, the other members off the staff such as the front desk and concierge also gave us good service. Now let’s talk about the breakfast buffet, the food was scrumptious and had a huge variety- such an excellent spread. The rooms were extremely spacious and provided us with more than sufficient amenities. Also aside from the activities on the lake, there is also Animal patting. Here you can pet Alpacas and ponies. There are also donkeys and a wild hog for you to see. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay. It was welcoming and satisfactory. If we come back to Li Jiang, we will definitely come back and stay. This hotel is a huge recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at Jinmao Purelax Lijiang, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. We were there during early June. The view from the room was amazing. It was wonderful to wake up to the Yu Long Snow Mountain every morning with a cool breeze. Breakfast was a good spread of traditional Chinese fare and international staples. We look forward to having good breakfasts every morning. The staff even packed for us breakfast when we departed earlier than the breakfast time for our day tour of Yu Long Snow Mountain. While overall, it was a good experience, there were some quirks, that we felt were slightly below our expectations befitting a Hyatt branded hotel. There wasn’t a proper mini fridge. We had to request for one. And it was not functioning properly - we eventually had to ask the staff to keep our medical items with their staff who delivered to our doorstep upon request, promptly. The air-conditioning was also controlled centrally and we could not adjust the temperature despite having a controller in our room. We were advised by the staff to keep the netted balcony doors open to let the fresh air in. But it was not possible when we sleep due to the bright light and the room was warm. The other freebies made up for the overall experience at Jinmao. We had a wonderful complimentary photoshoot at Bo Jue Travel Photography studio which was conveniently located within the hotel’s premises. The staff there were friendly, professional and made the photo shoot fun and enjoyable. We upgraded the package as the photographers and DI artists made fantastic work in double quick time. We also had a complimentary Pu’ Er Tea tasting session where we were greeted by a warm and attentive lady, Ah Qing. She was a great conversationalist and we enjoyed her company. We also checked out other features like the petting zoo, indoor swimming pool and the sauna. There are also many family friendly activities to participate in - there are plenty of opportunities to play within the premises! Jinmao Purelax Lijiang may not be the shiniest and newest hotel but this grand dame is a wonderful place for folks of all ages to play, relax and soak in the sights of what Lijiang has to offer.

The hotel exceeded expectations with exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and top-notch hospitality. The photography package by 铂爵跟拍丽丽 was outstanding—featuring highly professional makeup artists, skilled photographers, and expert editors who ensured every moment was beautifully captured.

I’m so glad that we chose this hotel for our honeymoon. The receptionist upgraded our room to have mountain view which was amazing. The hotel is really beautiful and well maintained.

Location is convenient for those wanting to explore the Yulong snow mountain area but a 20mins ride to the city centre. Breakfast with a view of the mountain was a 💯 and there are alpacas in the compound!!

It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in china so far! The hotel area is stunning with great facilities. There’s a decent spa with a big swimming pool, 2 hot pools and sauna (separate for females and males). Breakfast is diverse, there are western options as well. Rooms are spacious and cozy. There is a coffee machine in the room. Staff is friendly and welcoming! I wanna go back already
