"**** Hotels in Brussels were overloaded (＞200€) and I selected this one (ca 30 minutes by train from Brussel Noord). Everything was good with an exception that room was rather small with a tiny window, which was difficult to access. Otherwise everything was good. Breakfast was also tasteful."

"Well located hotel. A part has been renovated recently. Some rooms would benefit of a makeover or a bit more coziness. We had the opportunity to enjoy 3 different rooms. Room 11 was worn out, the 202 suite was not convincing, and room 10 was very fine. You can hear the noise from the squeaking/slamming doors or passing customers - bring earplugs. We had a nice receptionist and one a bit more mean : he came at 11.03 to get us out of the room whereas we were just about to leave. 10-15 minutes courtesy would have been appreciated to end our stay on a positive note. Finally : I’ve received 10 emails, 2 SMS and 2 WhatsApp automated messages for this 2 days booking. You would except a little bit less to deal with when you come to relax or work… Overall a nice hotel with room for improvements."

"Its a ok hotel. Staff is really nice. They help you and the breakfast is good. Bed is ok. Room is ok but here is noise from other rooms. Hygiëne is good in the room but not that good in the bathroom. Could be better. Location is perfect. For me its between 2.5 and 3 stars. "
