Lifts were being serviced from 8am, so no access. I get back from breakfast and enquire, only to be told, "oh yes, just a minute". This took considerably longer, before I was then led to the side of the building and the stairs. When I enquired as to why there where no signs etc, the response was "we'll get to that". Pretty ordinary for $250 a night!
