Hôtel en dégradation, pas entretenu , dégâts visibles, vieux sans prestations de qualité dont nous avons eu l’habitude . Hôtel fantôme , personnels inexistant , bar fermé , chambre propre mais vieille , meuble ont vécu plusieurs décennie ! Infrastructures limite dangereuses ( entrée à la grotte plein de saleté suite à une incendie , brûlé et pas nettoyé , plafond ouvert avec des câbles visibles) , piscine avec des déchets de matériau brûlé, sable , carrelage vieux qui se décolle. Petit dej correct mais incomparable , personnel pas qualifié fait ce qu’il peut .

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. There were only fifteen people staying and so was rather ghost like. We were given rooms on the top floor which were small, with tiny windows looking out on the roof with no view which was a shame as other floors were obviously available. The bathroom has chipped tiles and cracked basin. The breakfast is a good spread but everything has been sitting for ages so cooked things are dried out. The bar is permanently closed and there is no sitting area, and the pools although hot, the jets are no longer working. It is a shame as it has so much potential.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovation. Das Zimmer war noch mit Teppich ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon. Dafür als Pluspunkt: Es hat Zimmer mit Twin Beds, die man auseinanderschieben kann. Zimmergrösse ist gut. Zudem hat das Hotel einen eigenen Spa-Bereich mit einem kleinen Dampfbad und einer kleinen Sauna, dazu Innen- und Aussenpool. Durch einen unterirdischen Gang gelangt man in die Therme. Das ist sehr toll, da man einfach in Bademantel rüberlaufen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Standard. Warum in einem Schweizer Hotel zum Frühstück Mozzarella und nicht ein feiner Bergkäse angeboten wird, ist mir schleierhaft. Der Kaffee kommt aus dem Vollautomaten, also nichts für Kaffeeliebhaber. Aber sonst hat es alles, was es braucht. Es hat eine nette Lobby/Bar-Bereich mit Cheminée. Dort lässt sich gut der Abend starten oder ausklingen. Die Bar öffnet um 16 Uhr.

Schon for 2. mal :) so schön. Mit thermal Bad außen und indoor. Sauna Dampfbad was können wir mehr wünschen :) Zimmer ist sauber, Frühstück sehr reich mit große Auswahl . Personal hilfsbereit und net. Trotz Alter das Hotel ist gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden

chambre hôtel Grand Bain vieillotte et pas entretenue, mais propre. L'eau des WC coule sans arrêt. Sauna et bains turcs fermés définitivement. Piscine de l'hôtel avec buses ne fonctionnant pas et carrelage cassé et sale. Bar fermé. Sous le panneau bienvenue à l'entrée, pots de fleurs fanées depuis longtemps. Très peu de personnel, mais aimable. Petit déjeuner OK. Dans le centre thermal Alpentherme, des clients étrangers se baignent en habits de ville. La galerie commerçante n'est presque plus éclairée, car il ne reste qu'un commerce ouvert.

C'est vieux, c'est sombre, la tv ne marche pas. L'equ des bains est chaude et agréable mais l'état du carrelage des piscines est dégoûtant et des bordures se détachent. Limite dangereux. Il y a un grand manque d'entretien. Seul point positif le petit déjeuner est top.

By the way, I didn't go there. The reservation service is so terrible that I finally gave up going there. This is the first time in my life that I've encountered such terrible people when it comes to making a reservation. Impossible to wait for someone by phone. The email staff is incompetent and cannot even read what is written to them. When finally (after 4 emails) we receive a proposal email and we validate it 60 minutes later, we receive another email 4 hours later to tell us that the suites are no longer available..... Lamentable. I will never go to this place.

An establishment that is not maintained. The rooms are shabby and more worthy of a hotel at this price level. (example: no heating in the bathrooms) It's sad because 25 years ago it was the best hotel in the resort, a real 5*
