We spent 2 nights in this hotel.... Just a mockery of the customers. We had an outdated room with damaged furniture, the carpet is stained in several places, the entrance socket moves and is dangerous, the curtains are stained and the TV needs to be replaced because it no longer works. The bathroom is old with a shower cubicle that closes very poorly, the tiles cracked in several places with moldy joints, the shower tray moldy and stained and only one toothglass for 2 people! In addition, a door leads to the room opposite ours with noise in the evening and early in the morning. Just as the staff who served breakfast on Sunday and Monday morning did not greet anyone, these people chatted among themselves and we disturbed them if we asked them for coffee or something else but I assure you that we have them greeted. We reported our dissatisfaction to reception but were told that the hotel was full and that there was no solution. But why did you welcome us knowing that the hotel was full? We sent emails and at the end of the 8th, a simple response that technician would pass. We sent a registered letter to management requesting reimbursement but... no response. For a 3 star hotel!!!!!!
