Response from Property: Dear guest: Thank you for your stay and detailed review. The property where Chengcheng's home is located was built in 1989 and was vacant for more than 10 years. The hotel was newly renovated in 2022. However, because the exterior wall cannot be demolished and renovated, there is a smell of old wall bricks after long-term exposure to the sun. Chengcheng has notified the colleagues in the engineering department to place odor removers in the room and arranged for the housekeeping department to disinfect and ventilate each room for at least 2 hours. Chengcheng sincerely looks forward to your next stay, and to bringing you a brand new stay experience. Thank you again for your suggestions. Chengcheng will continue to work hard to improve himself.
