The front desk service is friendly and the breakfast is rich in variety. The room is spacious, clean and hygienic. The spa and swimming pool are great. The front desk also gave me hand cream and body lotion when I checked out. Thank you very much!

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für ein Spa Hotel. Kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Über die Website buchen ermöglicht Spa-Besuche am Anreise/Abreisetag, ist zu empfehlen. Im Mai ist man jedoch (natürlicherweise) außerhalb der Hauptsaison, also ist das Sauna Angebot geringer.

Wir waren heute Tagesgäste im Asiaspa Alles gut und schön. All unsere Wertsachen wurden im Spind versperrt. Als wir von der Sauna zurück kamen war leider einer unserer Spinde offen und natürlich Geld gestohlen. Kein Mitarbeiter hat uns beim ankommen gesagt das es an der Kasse einen extra Wertsachenschrank gibt der auch versichert ist . Nach dem Gespräch das es ja offensichtlich ein Problem gibt das mehrere Spinde sich nicht schliessen lassen( waren mehrere beschriftet) darauf hin sagte die Mitarbeiterin nur das sie das nicht wissen können wenn kein Gast etwas sagt. Ich bin mir zu 100% sicher meinen Spind versperrt zu haben. Das wurde nur abgetan und danach wurde ein zettel an den spind gehängt. Meiner Meinung nach ist das ein grosses Wartungsproblem !! Also bitte darauf achten das sich keine größeren Wertsachen in den Spinden befinden. !
