"To prevent other fellow travelers from experiencing the same problem, I'm writing this review. This hotel isn't on the main road; it's located down a side street. The beds are small, and the room lacks bottled water, toiletries, shampoo, and shower gel—nothing at all. The most infuriating thing was the breakfast. Breakfast is supposed to be included, costing about 100 RMB per person, but they don't have a buffet; it's provided by a nearby restaurant, and all they served were three cloyingly sweet cakes. We couldn't eat them, so we asked the staff if we could have fried eggs, bread, and porridge the next day. They said it was already arranged, but the next day, we only got two fried eggs per person, and nothing else—that's 50 RMB per egg! When we went to complain about the lack of food, the staff avoided us and refused to help. The service was terrible; overall, a very poor experience. I strongly advise against staying here."

"We escaped the city by going to this hotel . We opted for the luxury two room suite . The location is very nice close to Msk , and has a small private courtyard. The building itself looks contemporary , fresh . A big thank you to the staff for early check in and complementary fruit and sweets plate in the room . The spa area is very nice but gets overcrowded, so is the breakfast area . The gym and wellness spa is great . This hotel gets high marks if only not for having wine glasses inside the room , and the overcrowded dinning hall at breakfast . I would love to see abit more of perks and pleasantries inside the top tier suites . Thanks for a great stay"
