The cleanliness/hygiene needs much improvement: I found hair in 3 separate spots. The grout in bathroom are stained. Gives a perception of “uncleanliness” even if it’s clean? (Grout stains/mould are stubborn to be removed). No tea/coffee tho a kettle is provided. Hand and bath towels are disposable - it may be hygienic but it feels sterile. TV fickles. Windows v dirty. It’s a shame coz the place has a decent view & well located behind the Museum.
I do like the platform & Jap seats tho it also can do with some cleaning. The pillows are good. The water pressure and hot shower works well.

老闆服務特別周到，人也很熱情，但是不得不説客觀存在的問題，房間沒有看到照片想象中那麼大，房間有點小，並且連不上WiFi，開流量都很卡，電視也開不了。其次是房間很小，洗澡的時候水會漏出來，空調對着床吹，有時候還滴水。五一期間放假上漲，平時肯定是值不了這麼多錢的，看到老闆服務很好，也很辛苦也不好意思再説什麼，整個體驗就馬馬虎虎吧，有得必有失

酒店在苗寨地理位置挺方便，爬的樓梯也不高，老闆很熱情給我們發定位，指導我們在什麼地方下車還來接我們幫提行李，房間很乾凈整潔，乾濕分離做得很好！也會給我們推薦好吃餐館，給我們苗寨路線等等，最後走的時候還幫我們聯繫去凱里南站的車（小哥哥給我們推薦的糟辣魚真的很好吃，我連着吃了兩天🤭）

老闆會提前打電話告訴訂票方式 也會幫忙提行李 擔心走路口渴還會提前準備好礦泉水 酒店位置也能看到千户苗寨 視覺還行 服務是真心很不錯啊 必須贊 喜歡寵物的有福了 還養了兩衹貓哈哈😄

酒店在半山上，房間乾淨衞生整潔，廁所也是乾濕分離，總之在西江這樣的廁所我是很滿意的，老闆就是當地人非常的熱情好客，才發現回來拍的房間外風景那麼驚艷！總之就是對酒店到老闆都是滿意得不能再滿意！近博物館，很方便逛街，看免費原生態演出。
