A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover,
my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking.

前台的服務與酒店檔次不符合，等了五個多小時，房間還是沒有打掃出來。以後經理才出來解釋，一直沒有人來處理

地理位置非常好，距離火車站就只有幾步路，離動物園也很近，位於整個萊比西的市中心房間層高很高以及樓層數都挺好的，可以俯瞰整個萊比希的風光。
