Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher, ausreichend Handtücher und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten wie Tee und Kaffee. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Box mit Wattepads und Ohrstäbchen – es ist schön, wenn solche praktischen Sachen im Zimmer vorhanden sind. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls geräumig und komfortabel. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Geruch im Zimmer, der an etwas Altes erinnerte. Aber nach ein wenig Lüften war der Raum viel angenehmer.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von der Innenstadt, insgesamt ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte mal ein Update.
Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel is about 15 minutes (by tram) from the main train station on a street a little away from the city center.
When we arrived at around 11.30 p.m., we were a little disappointed that an international hotel in the Dorint chain no longer serves drinks at the bar, but only has a minimal selection from the reception fridge. In comparatively much smaller hotels, we have often found that the reception is able to serve drinks at the bar.
The room was clean and tidy. The furnishings are from the 90s.

Diese Kritik geht nicht an das Hotel: wir haben u.a. aufgrund der Bilder mit Sauna und Freizeitbereich, die wir nutzen wollten, dieses Haus gebucht.
Vor Ort wurde uns dann allerdings erklärt, dass schon seit Corona-Zeiten beides nicht mehr vorhanden sei.
Daher meine Aufforderung an das Buchungsportal: bitte unbedingt die Bilder erneuern und aktuell halten (u.a. auch den Hoteleingang mit Mercure-Schriftzug)!
