Air conditioning is not functioning well, also there's no generator set in case of power outage

This is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.

Disgusting hotel. Not suitable for a European. The room is too small. The bed is only suitable for one. Had to go to another hotel. Couldn't get my money back.

the hotel itself is good enough for a night or 2 not much to offer this hotel no elevator, but good firm big bed, big tv, fast internet and bug bathroom with hit shower close to the several mall, walking distance to sm, ayala mall and pacific mall, for single male is ok but for female you have to be brave.
