I was really disappointed with this hotel. It is extremely dated and needs a full makeover. Using blankets in rooms in 2024 I so wasn't expecting, so unhygienic they were the first thing we removed from the beds on arrival. In the bathroom there was a bath and a shower attachment but no shower curtain or screen so makes for a very wet bathroom. The safe is not even attached to anything in the wardrobe so pretty useless you can just pick it up so nowhere secure to leave valuables. The view from the bedroom was like looking out on a prison yard with the barbed wire and derelict grounds. The pool area looked grim. At nighttime it was like being on top of a nightclub with the music so loud, no one wants to be listening to the Macarena from their bed, so don't come here expecting to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine and a selection of food. There is secure parking if you have a car. For what I paid for one night I certainly expected a much better standard of hotel. The location was good to walk into Lecce although the hotel is on a very busy road.

The hotel's excellent location allows you to move around comfortably by car, with the very convenient possibility of parking available on site.

Highly recommended for its value for money. Enjoy the breath of a luxury hotel.

Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

Modern structure, located near the historic center of Lecce, easily reachable on foot. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Thank you!

Clean pool and friendly staff. Quite old building but renovated rooms, it's great!

While the morning breakfast was excellent, the structure, although fairly recent, needs a lot of maintenance and care. The standard rooms are not up to the 4-star level of the hotel: they still have dark carpeting on the floor, they are small and the air conditioning did not work. The bathroom taps were old and sometimes missing studs. The bathroom mirror shelf, in covered wood, was yellowed in some places.

It would be a super hotel if the structure was taken care of from an infrastructural point of view. The room assigned to us was that of a two-star hotel: non-working air conditioning, narrow bathroom with a 1950s shower cabin with a fixed arm shower. Swimming pool closed, SPA also for renovation. Reception staff friendly but unable to understand the requests of guests regarding the inconveniences reported by customers. We will not return and I do not recommend it unless management and mentality change.
