The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately, they were not friendly or helpful at all and were very rude. Moreover, they made us wait in front of the door for 1 hour, so it got dark and we could not visit the city. Also, although we asked for help with parking, they did not warn us that it is forbidden to enter the city center by car. They reserved a room for 4 people for 1 person and forcibly demanded an extra 100 euros from us. Although breakfast was paid, there was no breakfast, I took a photo when we left at 8:20 in the morning. The rooms were very cold, smelled of damp and were not very clean.

Appartamento molto pulito e carino, molto moderno. Ospitalità ottima e anche la colazione molto carina, con possibilità sia dolce che salata e consumata sulla terrazzìna. Posizione centralissima di Lecce. Unico difetto: la doccia perdeva leggermente e il bagno era molto piccolo però carino e moderno anche quello.

Purtroppo Carolina , la proprietaria della struttura completamente assente Chi si occupa della struttura non parla nemmeno italiano Presenti odori di muffa e umidità Intonaco che casca dalla troppa umidità (a noi nelle valigie piene di vestiti per 12 gg di vacanza ) Rumori per lavori alla struttura accanto al Risveglio della prima notte dalle ore 7.00 di mattina di martelli pneumatici, voci e martelli a mano Cambio di stanza ma Nessuno sconto per il disagio arrecato Colazione pessima (cornetti bruciati e tutto pre-confezionato) nemmeno ben presentato Le foto fatte dimostrano in che condizioni e’ il terrazzo ad oggi (Non curato ed abbandonato ) Vedete voi se scegliete la struttura Posizione ottima va detto

Aan te raden in hartje Lecce! Mooi gerenoveerde kamer in de typische stijl. Alle basis is aanwezig. Het inchecken ging wat moeizaam in de namiddag maar uiteindelijk kwam alles op zijn pootjes terecht. Ontbijt was sober maar goed. Lawaai van buiten is goed hoorbaar maar viel op zich wel mee. Prijs-kwaliteit is dus zeker op zijn plaats! Grazie!

Charminc place in central Lecce
Room with old charm (but modern) in the middle of old town Lecce, close to everything. Lots of tasty breakfast served at the room. Julia was very helpful with everything, we arrived late but no problem after contact. The bed a bit firm for our tast, but we like it soft...

We loved our stay at Litium3! Clean, modern, well-designed and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Great location to explore lovely Lecce. We parked our rental car a short walk beyond the wall of the historic center. Highly recommend!
