Originally booked a room and was then contacted by the owner for a better deal if we paid by a deposit by bank transfer. On the way he said he had cancelled as he had not recived the payment. I decided to go elsewhere and asked my bank to check if the payment had been made and they said it had. I raised a request to the payment refunded and today it was confirmed that the owner has refused to do so. So although he said we hadn't paid, he has kept our money anyway! Unreliable thief!

We had an amazing experience thanks to the beauty of the place and the personal touch from the owners. Everything was perfect: our room with a private bathroom was spacious, very clean and with a nice decor. Everything was brand new and the room was really well-equipped - your own coffee machine, even slippers :) Everything was prepared on agreed time of arrival. The host communicated with us before and throughout the stay. She gave us amazing tips on where to go and what to do along. She was super helpful and provided some great ideas for local restaurants and how to get to different places. Food is simply amazing. Our host prepared local "pasticciotti" for breakfast and a delicious and hearty dinner with local food and wine. 5 minutes walking from the old town, easy parking. We could not end in a better place and we will definitely come back!

This B&B is a true gem in Lecce. Driving up to the B&B, we didn’t know what to expect from the outside. It looked like a regular apartment building, but inside this B&B is truly outstanding. We booked the king size room, and it is large, bright, very clean and very tastefully decorated. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, lots of closet space and plenty of room for your luggage. There we’re even slippers waiting for us. The bathroom is large, and the shower is wonderful. There is a beautiful garden at the back, and it is located minutes from Lecce’s Old Town. But the best part of this B&B is its hostess. There was a constant flow of communication between us, and any questions were answered immediately. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Breakfast was lovely, prepared by Michela, and we sat outside in the garden and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. If we ever happen to visit Lecce again, this will be our place of choice. Just wonderful!!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo qui a Lecce in questo B&B con servizio e trattamento suite da 10 e lode.Camera bellissima e spaziosa pulizia eccellente e colazione super grazie a Michela che ci ha coccolato sempre deliziandoci con tante prelibatezze 😍.Un ringraziamento Speciale al proprietario,il Signor Gianluca,con un’ospitalità davvero familiare e educata indirizzandoci e consigliandoci i vari locali e posti da poter visitare.Ottima posizione anche per spostarsi nei dintorni e visitare le altre città.il centro storico di Lecce merita da visitare così suggestivo e coinvolgente e dulcis in fundo il pasticciotto leccese la mia tentazione quotidiana,patrimonio dell’umanità.Consiglio e spero di ritornarci al più presto perché sarà il mio riferimento questo B&B Gianmarti Suite💯

B&B molto accogliente, pulito e all’avanguardia, piazzato nel centro di Lecce. La signora Michela è stata molto gentile, mentre il titolare è una persona squisita e super disponibile. Durante la permanenza non vi mancherà nulla! Super consigliato

B&b perfetto! Dopo giornate con alloggi penosi siamo approdati in questo appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lecce. Ci sono 4 camere bellissime, con doccia walkin gigante, prodotti per il bagno, tv 50”, molto pulito e curato. Nonostante fosse agosto abbiamo parcheggiato in strada facilmente al costo di circa 0,60 euro l’ora fino alle 21:00. La ragazza che gestisce il tutto è veramente super gentile e cerca di farti sentire come a casa. Prevista pulizia della stanza GIORNALIERA anche per soggiorni brevi come il nostro (2 notti). Colazione semplice ma buona. Unica pecca….non particolarmente silenzioso soprattutto a causa della signora del piano di sopra e della cucina che si trova al centro della casa. Per il resto la ritengo una struttura davvero fantastica!!!! ANDATECI!!!!

Perfecta ubicación, personal muy amable, desayuno muy bueno, habitación amplia y muy limpia. 100% recomendable! Estuvimos una semana en este B&B y todo fueron facilidades incluido el check-in a las 23:30 donde nos recibieron con una sonrisa.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo prenotato la suite in questo beb al centro di Lecce. Suite spaziosa, curata, pulita ed elegante. Punto di forza sicuramente è stata la comodità del letto e del divano letto ed anche un bagno con uno spazio doccia veramente grande. Location curata nel dettaglio con ottima colazione (un grazie a Michela per averci fatto sentire a casa!) e un giardino enorme riservato agli ospiti. Da ritornarci sicuramente.
