Boa estadia
Boa estadia para quem está de carro. Localização bem perto da cidade. Hotel confortavel com boas instalações. A unica falha foi com a TV (o comando não estava funcionando corretamente). Pedimos para verificarem porem nada foi feito.

Les locaux et chambres sont propres.L hôtel est calme et accessible. Il est cependant inadmissible qu un 4 étoiles loue des chambres dans lesquelles le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas, pas plus d ailleurs que la ventilation de la salle de bains. Pour l avoir signalé à la réception, rien n a été fait et ma 2 ème intervention s est vue promettre une solution pour.....après notre départ.. Lamentable.

Un’ottima scelta alle porte di Lecce, con stanze molto ampie, pulite e accoglienti. La colazione offre ampia scelta fra salato e dolce ed un servizio attento alle esigenze anche dei più piccoli. La grande piscina a disposizione degli ospiti inserita in un parco molto ampio.il parcheggio comodo all’esterno dell’hotel è molto grande.

Temperatura dell'ambiente SPA troppo bassa per quel contesto. Acqua della piscina appena tiepida. Bagno turco non funzionante (in manutenzione). Docce emozionali non funzionanti (in manutenzione). Al momento della prenotazione, per ONESTÀ avrebbero dovuto segnalarlo, invece... Per il resto, Hotel non certo 4stelle, ma sicuramente discreto 3stelle. Buona la prima colazione. Un vero peccato perché la struttura e la sua posizione meriterebbero ben altro.

Struttura visitata per l’epifania, ma sono rimasto molto deluso, non da tutto ma in particolare della spa, molto fredda nella temperatura dell’acqua e degli ambienti circostanti,buona la situazione per l’educazione del personale,di sala ristorante e della reception, le stanze un po’ meno pulite dell’ultima volta che ci sono stato, ma comunque può andare bene e le uova strapazzate non si possono mangiare fredde, datevi una mossa e riportate questa struttura ai suoi fasti.

Hotel molto ben posizionato per chi si muova con l’auto. Park privato, giardino. Silenzioso. Pulito. Camera e bagno di dimensioni sufficienti. Bene gli ambienti comuni. Personale cordiale e disponibile. ( una menzione speciale per l’addetto al bar/colazioni). Unico neo le scelte inadeguate sulla temporizzazione del riscaldamento degli ambienti. Problema segnalato direttamente. Auspichiamo di trovarlo risolto al prossimo soggiorno. SPA non valutata perché non utilizzata.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Camere bellissime e attrezzatissima e come sempre riscontriamo massima pulizia di tutti gli ambienti uniti all' educazione e veramente tutta la disponibilità possibile da parte dello staff. Abbiamo prenotato anche un massaggio di coppia alla spa e dopo una salutare sauna ci siamo affidati alle mani fatate di Luana e Lina che ci hanno letteralmente trasportati in un magnifico viaggio extrasensoriale. Sicuramente da ripetere a stretto giro. P.s. ma quante mani hanno? Lucio e patty
