OK Nice people running the facility but a bit over priced for what you get. Extremely noisy as there is a street right outside the large window in the entry room/ sleeping area. It is Italy so expect motorcycle and scooters all hours.

The place is super nice, the rooms are very big and have everything you need in your stay. The location is super well located as it in the middle of the old and the new part of the city, you can go walking in both sides. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable, the breakfast is perfect to start your morning and you have many extras in your room for whatever you need. Alessandro is super nice and friendly, he explained everything to us and was very helpful during our stay. The pool is the right temperature and the space is just perfect for spending a nice relax day. The best place to stay in Lecce, completely recommend!

This felt like a luxury hotel, even though it is technically an Airbnb. The owner was amazing and made our trip in Lecce so pleasant and memorable. Really big rooms (better than the photos) and comfortable beds/bedding. The location can’t be more perfect to explore the historical portion of Lecce by foot and to walk to all the wonderful restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast included - cappuccinos made so well onsite. Alessandro (owner) thought of everything to ensure we had a wonderful time. Can’t speak more highly of this property - book it, you won’t regret it!!

Alessandro was the perfect host. So accommodating and helpful. Very comfortable and clean large well decorated room. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool, so relaxing. Steps away from the old city. Thank you so much.We really enjoyed our visit. Hope to see you again my friend.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Beautiful room with gorgeous bathroom and so much attention to detail in the facilities. Swimming in the subterranean pool, surrounded by music after a morning exploring the baroque wonders of Lecce was unforgettable. Our host was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about the food culture of the region even down to the history of some of the ingredients in the wonderful breakfast.

Great place with an underground pool. Great location near really good restaurants. The highlight has to be the reception we were given. We got a lot of great info about Lecce. The room is stunning and has everything a traveler needs. Will definitely return!

Nice palazzo with indoor swimming pool We enjoyed our stay in the palazzo, largenroom and high ceiling. Beautiful bathroom. Good breakfast In-house swimming pool is incredible, and for a feenyoi can have it only for you, with aperitivo served! Owner recommended excelent restaurants, and was available late at night to solve a small issue with bright blinking light from the alarm system
