Breakfast was superb! The lobby/reception was refurbished however, the rest of the hotel you could see it is a little bit old. It’s 3/4 buildings, with elevators and exterior doors connecting which is not nice, because if I went to get down to the reception I need to go “outside” and then get into the elevator. In this time of the year is a constant hot/cold going from the bedroom to another facility.
Bed wasn’t that comfortable also and made some noise.
Overall, the cleaning was good and people were very friendly! It was a good stay. If they refurbish the rest of the hotel or making it more cozy would have very potential.

percorso termale carino, c’è sempre qualcosa che si rompe (ascensore/jacuzzi) colazione ottima, situazione con paese e dintorni un po’ così, se non si è in macchina, non ti muovi. nel complesso, una buonissima esperienza, consigliato!

Purtroppo non è più il Principe che avevamo lasciato prima del covid. Molte piccole coccole non ci sono più... Niente tisaneria nel centro benessere... Bambini che sguazzano in piscina.. Caffè della colazione con la macchinetta... Erano piccoli accorgimenti che facevano la differenza con altri posti pari livello... Mi spiace ma siamo rimasti delusi perché c'eravamo stati molte volte e sempre molto soddisfatti.

We stayed for 10 nights at this hotel. The staff are very good & helpful. Our room was good with a view of the main swimming pool from the balcony. The spa & pool are very nice with a warm swimming pool. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very nice with a happy crew. We had a free curtisy bus into Lazise which was nice.

We are a family of six and stayed for nine nights, booking two rooms for the entire vacation. The hotel was absolutely wonderful — from the comfortable rooms to the outdoor facilities and the variety of pools. The staff was outstanding (special thanks to Mikaela and Simone), always attentive and welcoming, which truly made our stay unforgettable. Thank you all — keep up the amazing work!
