"We went in September. We stayed for two nights. We booked the hotel for Gardaland, and we didn't regret it. It's a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was included in the booking. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious coffee and juices, and a varied buffet. There's a nice pool on site. The room was clean and cozy, and Alexa was available."

"Enjoyed one week at this hotel. Hotel is kept exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff. Hotel is set in a peaceful rural area with an easy 20 minute walk into town to the ferry. Enjoyed swimming in the large outdoor pool. We did have a problem with the air com in our room but this was very quickly resolved and the manager came in from home to check with us that the air com was fully working. This was much appreciated. Overall a marvelous holiday and highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing break."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. 1) Be careful you check the location of hotel, the entrance door (on Corso Cangrande) is small and easy to miss. Just remember the door is round the corner from the Restaurant Miralago which is on the front facing the sea. You need access codes to get in. The Jet2 bus drops you off on a busy main road and then you cross the road at a zebra crossing to get to the street Corso Cangrande that the hotel is on. It is a short 5/10 minute walk. 2)Most of the time the reception is manned but if not just ring the telephone no and some one comes pretty quickly. The staff are really helpful and kind. I needed a repair in my room at short notice (my own fault|) and the staff sorted it out very quickly . I am a solo elderly traveller so found all their advice really helpful. 3) Excellent Breakfast really good quality continental with a lot of choice. Although the room does not have a fridge or catering facilities, you are welcome to use the restaurant area anytime and there is a fridge with drinks (or coffe machine) and an honesty payment system. I Suggest you bring kettle for drinks in your room. Also you can walk up to the top floor of hotel where there is a sun lounge area. 4) Rooms clean fairly compact with a rail for clothes . I had a lovely sea view. Excellent air conditioning. There is a TV with a lot of channels so worth remembering 1035 is the English Sky News Channel . Press OK button for channel guide. You only get news channels (not films) in English but this is fair enough. 5) There is a lift but it only accommodates 1 person and suitcase at a time but this is fine. There are stairs also. 6) The location of this hotel is really good as its very close to lake front and is in town centre virtually. You are a short walk from ferry terminal and bus stops. Also you can rent a bike as the town and area around have a lovely flat promenade. 7) Transport facilities are excellent and reasonable price - Ferry terminal about 5 min walk and you are v close to centre of this lovely town. Also the buses can be caught at the top of Corso Cangrande that hotel is on. These can take you into towns on lake Garda eg Bardalino, Garda. Also you can travel to Verona if you want . Although I preferred to do a pre booked Guided tour of Verona on day trip. You can get the ferry at the nearby terminal 5 min walk. They have a timetable which I initially did not understand but the lady in Tourist Info office(called Bibliotek Civika ) near little harbour helpfully explained it to me. Ferry will take you to different places on Lake Garda. I visited Garda and Sirmione as well as Bardalino which I enjoyed. 8) Being on a budget, I used the local big supermarket (De Spa ) which is a 10 minute walk from hotel - go up the Corsa Canagrande and go left when you reach main road to get to it. Plentiful choice and good prices for food/wine. However there are many lovely restaurants and ice cream palours in town . Ther"

"Should be a 5 star hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wow, what an incredibly perfect stay. We couldn't have been more impressed with the hotel and staff if we tried. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We went with our 10 month old and were given a room on the bottom floor which leads out to the gardens. She loved going out there every morning. Rooms were cleaned to a high level, this included a turn down service. Bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. You receive a bag with towels to carry to the pool which was so helpful. A major asset to this hotel are the staff. They're so friendly and spoke amazing English. They were all so friendly to us and our daughter. They make an effort to memorise drinks orders, are quick to remove finished plates and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful. It is clean and very modern. It's a quiet hotel so you'll always get a bed by the pool or seat at the bar. The outside and indoor pools are fabulous. Lovely bubble seating, waterfall features and 2 children's pools which was great. The view of the lakes was beautiful, i miss the view already. Food was 10/10. We ate so much amazing food, so delicious and beautifully presented. There's so much choice, you eat different food every day. They also made our daughter a dinner every night which was so helpful. I had the club sandwich for lunch one day and it is a must try. There are 2 towns nearby, Lazise and Bardolino. Lazise is a very easy walk away along the side of the lake. There's a yummy ice cream shop there. On Wednesdays is a market which is huge! This is also where the boat port is. The boat to Bordalino is 15 minutes. Another beautiful town with lots of streets to explore. We also walked to Bordalino which was 1 hour but well worth it for the views. Overall, one of the best holidays and we didn't want to leave. "Stayed in the property with the family. Family atmosphere, very nice, located 10 minutes walk from the park and a few km from the towns of Sirmione, Peschiera, Lazise, ​​Bardolino etc. Unfortunately we had to leave due to numerous damages caused to the car by the bad weather on the night of July 24th even though we had booked for other days. The very kind owners came to meet us with the final bill. I hope to be able to stay in the structure again as soon as possible because it is worth it."
