"Let's start with the positives: the location in Lazise is quiet and almost directly on the lake. The rooms have lake views and high ceilings. There's free underground parking, a spa area, and live music in the bar on some evenings. However, that's where the positives end – the staff really stood out. The reception staff were unbearable (no kind words upon arrival, payment in the evening wasn't possible, and there was little help). The food service was all about speed and no focus on the guest – the food was the biggest weakness: tasteless, mostly buffet-style, and expensive drinks."

Very good breakfast. Location is good, 12 minutes from Gardaland if you travel with your kids. We disliked the pillows and beds but this is always subjective. "
