We checked in at 6 something in the evening . No on-duty staff after 7pm . One of the towels is sting . There was an unknown insect on the bed . We couldn’t contact any staff in the hotel . We left the hotel at 11:30pm that night . It’s raining . We sent messages to the hotel the next day . We couldn’t get the response after we replied them . Definitely won’t book that hotel again .

The views are fantastic, offering a beautiful night view of Launceston. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to thoughtfully explain all the necessary details. Our room was also excellent and very clean.

We loved our stay at the Auldington. The views were beautiful and comfortable room to stay in.

The setting is nice, but the house is a bit dated and is said to have been a monastery in the past. The staff is warm and friendly and will recommend restaurants and places to visit in the neighborhood if needed.

We like stayed at Auldington hotel , room cleaned and serviced are great for us .

This hotel must be commented on. I think the location and external environment are OK, but the experience is very poor. We booked two suites and a single room for ten people. First of all, the VIP suite has a large bed at the entrance, and the other room is the living room where the sofa bed can be pulled out. This layout is very strange. The entrance of the other suite is the living room, but the sofa bed basically blocks the way to the bathroom. It is extremely cramped. We temporarily proposed to add another single room. The hotel manager directly quoted 150 Australian dollars and said that the suite is still charged according to the standard of four people. Not to mention that the quotation of this single room is higher than the quotation on Ctrip.com, why charge the price of four people for a suite with only two people? We also referred to the past reviews before booking. I think it is necessary to make practical comments for future reference. The location is good, the original environment of the building is OK, and the single room is OK, but the suite is for a maximum of two people. The aesthetics is very poor. Whether it is the furniture selection or the layout setting, it is very out of line, not to mention the service and experience. For example, every time you enter the room, you have to use the key to open it again, and no matter how many people live, only one key is given. I have never seen such a thing.
