The hotel is amazing 😍, 1 minute walk from the beach ⛱️, staff are cleaning everyday. Everything in a small walk-in distance. Will definitely book again.
I am happy to my stay with Secrotel Hotel Praque. I book it after checking reviews from other travelers comment. Yes, price is good and to it's location, it is close to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are helpful. Buffet breakfast is good. Breakfast restaurant is on the top level of this hotel, we can enjoy stunning ocean view and sunlight while having breakfast. It is bonus. However, a minor thing I like to share is during busy morning especially when restaurant is full house, it always running out of coffee cups, juice glasses as well as cereal bowls. I cannot have to wait a long while for these 3 times from my 5 days breakfast. Maybe hotel can put some signage to suggest guests be eco-friendly minded to re-use glass, cup and bowl when refill. As I have seen some have 5 -6 cups and glass on a table. Bed is comfortable, room is clean with basic things you need. Yes, no electric kettle, no slippers as standard 3 stars hotel do. So, I have no complaint. There has no more noise from constructions, as this is my concern after reading other travelers comments in the pass. So I think all is done. Hotel locates next to taxi, bus station but not close to beach area. It's no problem to me for this winter travel. I am very happy for all. Definitely recommend it to others.

The location is excellent, just beside the most lively beach in Las Palmas, there is nothing nearby. The nearest bus stop is just two steps away. The bus on the island is very developed. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is on the left. A large supermarket, daily necessities, fruit is still very cheap, it is closed at nine o'clock, pay attention in advance, because it is very close to the beach, swimming and sun is also very convenient. The room is very spacious, the two of us have anything to put, the bed is not too narrow, the bathroom is very spacious, and the cleaning is very clean The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are some, fruit and meat, various bread, egg, ham, sausage, coffee juice, it is worth mentioning that there are freshly squeezed juice and yogurt, very good to drink The hotel has two terraces for sunbathing and the scenery is great. There is also a dj performance at night, but unfortunately it has not been completed. The hotel also offers free parking, which is very convenient for people who rent a car around the island. The only thing is that not all rooms are sea views. We stayed at the interior this time, but fortunately there is a terrace. When booking, remember to note the sea view room, and there is a strange smell in our room. It’s basically gone for a day.

AAnonymous UserThis is a perfect hotel spotless like new build staff very polite helpful in every way comfortable bed big TV water in mini fridge breakfast available if wanted extra cost would deffo recommended as some of the building around the area are ready to drop 2 min to beach 5 mins to shops good location
PPughCheap and cheerful budget hotel. Pillows are a little strange. Thin sheets (good for the hot climate). Beds not the most comfortable but not the worst. No AC just a fan that’s a bit tired. And the view from the frosted window is a bit depressing. Tv is just Spanish tv. Staff are very friendly and most speak good English. Good for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend for more than a few nights. Didn’t try the breakfast (reasonably priced) and the bar is only open for that. There are other bars nearby open till small hours though. Fairly safe area but not the prettiest. A 1 min walk to either beach and lots of restaurants. No water produced in the rooms or fridges.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel for a stay in Las Palmas. 10 minutes to the beach & lots of excellent restaurants & bars on your doorstep. The housekeepers at Bexx are excellent & I can honestly say it is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at & our room is spotless every day. We visited the top floor bar on the Friday of our nine nights here & they had a private party on with a group of lawyers who invited us to join them & we had the best night. Would 100% stay here again
CCapt. Georgios KiliasExcellent location, one side is the port and other side is the beach.
Near Santa Catalina square with many restaurants and cafes.
Negative is the location of the Reception.
First floor and use of stairs. Elevator is not so accessible
JJustynaThe lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms are okay, a little outdated. The shower was not very nice (a bit yellow and the water did not go down the drain properly), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other 4* hotels and it is definitely reflected in the quality. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.
AAnonymous UserThe room was very nice and clean, a little hot at night (there is air conditioning but unfortunately it makes me asleep with the burning air). The building is new and well maintained. There is no parking, so you need to turn somewhere around the neighbouring roads to find a place, but with a little patience you find. In general we were very good. Fantastic shower.
GGuest UserThe apartment block entrance way doesn't look appealing but the hallway is very modern. Some rooms i believe have been renovated but mine room 103 was a bit jaded in the kitchen and mixed tiles were used in the bathroom. The location is great for cafes and snack bars, a long walkway straight outside.
My room had a small balcony where you could hang washing, there are 2 laundrettes just a few yards away.
You can just see the sea from the balcony which is moments away. There is a very wide promenade for about a mile along the broad beach.
The kitchen had two sets of plates, cups and bowls and cutlery. The hotplate is modern and heats up extremely quickly. There is a good sized fridge but mine was dripping onto the floor as it was iced up.
The receptionist is nice but only speaks Spanish but was able to help me with my taxi back to the Airport.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights there and would stay there again. There is some street noise during the night especially on Friday. There is a wall mounted colour TV in front of the two single beds.
VVirgilio HernandoThe hotel is perfect, in the heart of the city. The only negative detail is that the time of entry is too late at 14:00 and if you have a date is a disadvantage. Now many hotels work like this, but I don't see it well.
GGuest Userincredible experience. friendly staff. comfortable beds. spacious and clean toilet. very nice terrace. All i would suggest is add more sockets in the room or add an extension cable. Also adding a shower door would mean alot less water on the floor after every shower. other than that its perfect
