The bungalows were not of good quality. There was a musty smell on the stairs and in the room when we entered. The toilet door was dented in several places and swollen with moisture, it also did not close easily and did not lock at all as the lock was broken. The closet light was not working. The water in the bathtub was not at a constant temperature and would suddenly change from hot to cold and vice versa. The wall behind the bathtub had mold in some places.

We booked a garden view room for two nights. It was the off-season so not many people were around which was good. There weren't many hotels to choose from in the whole city and they were average. However, there were restaurants a few hundred meters away where we could try the local specialties.

Very nice hotel. It was definitely more than what I expected or usually get. The staff were dressed in suit coats and the servers were also dressed accordingly. The interior was grand with many places to sit and chat in the entrance was well as the bar area. The rooms were okay. The best things I liked was the huge pool outside with a large lounging area. Finally a pool where you can do laps. The huge buffet selection of food for breakfast. It set us up for the day. What I didn't like it that they don't have wash clothes. The front desk was surprised as this but then the next day we didn't get ours replaced. Also, the pillows are too thick. Hotels should have different thicknesses for their guests. I couldn't use them and had to use a towel instead.

- Very expensive comparing to the quality - Big problem with soundproofing. - Poor condition after 20 years use. All areas and needs immediate renovation. - The staff needs training. Some were not good at customer service. +++ Very good food, also breakfast.

We went off season so the outdoor pool was empty but overall it was a very nice hotel. Not all rooms have balconies so make sure you ask for one. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The hair dryer is the old style bathroom ones with no high speed so can barely dry your hair. The breakfast is very good with a big variety to choose from. Staff and service was excellent

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel while at visiting the city for work. Lovely hotel, classic features were maintained. My room was comfortable. The breakfast options were vast and plentiful Pool was closed while visiting but looked very inviting. Overall they provided a good experience for me

Attentive, friendly and personal service! Very convenient location for meetings for those who prefer to avoid traffic jam in the city centre. Just 10 mins from the centre. has an elegant bar with great choices, a gym and indoor pool. Great outdoor area with huge pool and gardens for those who visit in summer

I must stay the experience was one of the best and I’v stayed in many 5 star hotels in the past! The service deserves a 10 starting from the parking lot, the front desk to breakfast, luncheon, dinning room….room service and cleaning….kudos well deserved!

I have never felt more compelled to write a review singing the praises of a hotel and its staff. From the rooms to the amenities, everything is what you would expect from a five star hotel all useful and makes extended stays easier. However the biggest plus resides in its waiters/waitresses, THEY ARE AMAZING people. To name a few Katerina, Efi, Vasiliki, Rafaela, Kostas, Giannis, Panagiotis, Gagan all were spectacular in their ways of greeting, understanding, and serving. Cleaning, taking orders, and delivering them all on time are things they can do easily all with a smile on their face. I never thought I'd find a new group of friends in the most random of places. If I ever come back it'll be for the family like experience this hotels staff gave me. Last thing I want to say, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the laughs and stories that was made at this hotel it was truly an amazing experience.

The main areas of this hotel are nice, reception, bar, gym etc and the staff are lovely. The biggest challenge was the bedrooms and the sleeping floors. Carpets in corridors are desperately in need of replacing and the whole place needs a coat of paint. The bedroom was very small and very basic. Needs some TLC. Having said that, the price was right.
