The day before I left for Cebu, I decided to stay near Mactan Airport. It was a good place with a good price-to-performance ratio. The room was a bit small, but it had most of what I needed, and most importantly, the Wi-Fi was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't take pictures of the place because I checked out early in the morning.
