Wir waren positiv überrascht vom Hotel.
Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool und Strandbereich sind schön,leider fehlt es etwas an Schatten am Strand für die Liegen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Asia Style. Die Cocktails waren ebenfalls sehr gut.
Für ein Layover auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

A Showa-era building. The walls are thin, so you can hear every voice from next door. It's so noisy you can't sleep. We stayed with our family of four, but only two toothbrushes and two bath towels were provided. We asked the front desk to bring them, but they didn't.
There was not even tissue paper in the room.
It was completely different from the photos on Trip.com.
The beach was also completely unclean, full of trash.
Breakfast was included, but it was not tasty. Not worth going. The worst thing is that the Wi-Fi was very weak and difficult to connect. It was raining when we stayed, and it was the worst day with no Wi-Fi for about 20 hours. Not worth going.

The hotel is very nice, but you can only buy drinks at the restaurant, and a can of beer is 280 pesos, which is too expensive, and a Coke is 200 pesos.
Breakfast was included, but it was an additional 1000 pesos, which is too expensive for the amount of food. There were no fish side dishes.
Other than the food, I thought it was a very good hotel.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at BE Resorts Mactan. The location is great, the staff were courteous, and the ambiance was relaxing. However, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved:
1. Kids' Breakfast Policy
Children under 10 typically don’t consume much during breakfast, so it might be worth considering raising the age threshold for free breakfast. Allowing kids 10 and below to eat free could significantly enhance the satisfaction of families staying at the resort.
2. Beach Cleanliness and Comfort
We noticed that the seashore tends to get quite dirty in the mornings. It would be great if a few staff could be assigned to clean up the area early in the day so guests can enjoy the beach without discomfort. Also, adding shaded areas near the sea benches would be a thoughtful touch, especially for parents supervising their kids, as it can get very hot under the sun.
3. Gym
We also spent time in the gym, and we noticed that the billiard table didn’t have any chalk available, this was also the case during our previous visit last December. It’s a small item, but having it readily available makes a big difference for guests who enjoy playing.
We hope these suggestions help enhance the guest experience even further. We still look forward to visiting again!

At this hotel you don't know where to begin to list everything that has gone wrong. When we checked in we were given a whole A4 page with all the rules we had to follow in the hotel. And no, they weren't the usual things like disturbing the peace or vandalism. The rules stated, for example, that you weren't allowed to bring your own food and drinks into the hotel. In a country where it's around 30°C day and night. You can only buy everything in the hotel, which is very, very overpriced by Philippine standards. The hygiene in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There are no trash cans. Breakfast was horrible. Apart from eggs, everything else was inedible. No bread, no cheese... Everything Europeans eat for breakfast was missing. You were followed if you booked excursions from other providers. Because that was also forbidden, of course. The beach and the sea would be very nice if someone would clean up the bags of chips and empty bottles. It's a real shame. This hotel isn't worth a cent. It was the first hotel where we had to hide our water to avoid being punished. So best to stay away from it.
