這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給滿分！
首先，位置超便利，周邊餐飲、便利店齊全，無論是商務出行還是旅遊都很省心。辦理入住時，前台工作人員態度特別熱情，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊遊玩攻略，還幫忙升級了房型，細節處很貼心。
房間整體乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床品柔軟舒適，躺下就能放鬆，隔音效果也很好，晚上完全不受外界干擾，睡眠質量滿分。衞生間乾濕分離設計合理，洗漱用品齊全，熱水供應穩定，水壓水温都很合適。
另外，酒店的早餐種類豐富，選擇多，食材新鮮，味道也不錯，能滿足不同口味需求。退房時工作人員效率很高，還主動詢問入住體驗，特別暖心。
下次來蘭州出差一定還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給朋友！

衞生打掃的相當敷衍，住進去的那天地下就明顯有多處不知道什麼的顆粒物沒打掃乾淨，一共住了三天，住進來什麼樣走時還是什麼樣，地面根本就不打掃。淋浴間邊邊角角和排水溝有長期沒清理的橘黃色污漬，住進來的時候甚至淋浴間地面還有水。中央空調，房間裏的控制器是擺設，根本控制不了温度，16度開一天房間裏還沒有走廊涼快，晚上睡覺出一身汗，每天要洗兩次澡。打掃衞生給不給新牙刷全看心情，完全隨機。有新風機但是走廊不禁煙，新風機的作用就是把走廊的煙味吸到房間裏。説實話酒店的硬件條件挺好的，前台和餐廳的服務態度也不錯，但是管理簡直爛到家了，這個價位的酒店衞生能這麼差，跟火車站門口的百元內酒店有的一拼，為了省兩個電錢不給空調，用攜程12年了第一次給差評，實在是忍無可忍，本來要在蘭州住4天的，因為住這裏，改變行程提前一天走。

暑期帶孩子去西北大環線旅遊，特意到蘭州站一腳，房間很大，有新風系統，非常棒。孩子很喜歡，我們連着住了兩晚。酒店圖片與實際完全一樣，放心居住。
