The front desk staff did not know anything about it and asked me to check it on my mobile phone. I stayed for two days in a row and did not clean the room. I told the front desk twice and I was exhausted after a day of playing. I found that it was still not cleaned, the linens were not changed, and the beds were not made flat. I called the manager, but no one showed up. The waiter reluctantly tidied it up and was unable to complain! The facilities in the room are old, the sliding door is not tightly closed, and the curtains cannot be fully closed, allowing light to come in very early in the morning. The breakfast buffet is gone at a little after nine o'clock. It's too close to the airport. There is one bus every few minutes and it's very noisy. Worst experience in a five-star hotel! Everyone must avoid lightning!

Although the room is large, there are many blind spots! There are only a few bottles of water in the room, no welcome fruit, not even any snacks, even if they are payable, nothing! After all, the charges are higher than the most expensive hotel in downtown Lanzhou. This is even the most basic thing! There were even urine stains on the toilet. It was very disgusting! The front desk staff and the service staff at the buffet door have very bad attitudes! And when staying in a hotel to eat, you have to completely abide by the mood of the hotel. If you arrive a little late, there will be nothing to eat, and there will be no chef to cook it. Breakfast starts at 9 o'clock, and dinner starts at 8 o'clock. It's very ridiculous! You don’t come here to spend money to stay in a hotel for military training, and you don’t come here to eat scraps and endure poor service!

Is it a characteristic of western cities? Taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel is very inconvenient because it is a short distance. The hotel also does not have airport pick-up and drop-off services. Don’t use Didi. Drivers are unwilling to take orders and will make tourists run around and then take the opportunity to cancel orders. You can queue up to get a taxi directly at the taxi waiting area. The salad for breakfast was soupy, and there were very few vegetables soaked in the water. I asked the chef to get some, but he didn't take it, saying that there were still some in it. It seems like you have to wait until you finish eating before adding it. Let him spin the vegetable leaves without drying them. There was very little food for breakfast, not much bread or pastries to eat. Chinese food is all very oily stir-fried dishes, and there are freshly pulled ramen with clear soup. The fruit is cut into large pieces, all with the skin on. The pulp and peel are all touching together. Unhygienic. The switchboard is the front desk, and often no one answers the phone. Or when you answer the phone, there is no one at the front desk to serve you. It feels like there are not enough people. Gyms are usually locked, and guests have to go in person to find someone to open them. (I told the front desk to get out of the way, but in the end the door was also locked) The air conditioner in the gym is not turned on. I searched for a long time and turned on two of them, but the air vents are only in the resting area and table tennis area next to it. It seems that the equipment does not have refrigeration equipment) There is no water or towels in the gym, which is like an activity room. The pillows are good. There are hard pillows with neck pads. I added a buckwheat pillow, which was delivered quickly. My flight was delayed, so I would like to thank the lady at the front desk for helping me delay my check-out.

非常好的酒店，環境優雅，服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，去機場非常方便，性價比高，還有接送機服務。工作人員態度親切，免費升級了房間，入住體驗非常舒適，值得推薦！

去新疆回程蘭州轉機，有半天時間、看到影視城在機場附近，所以定了這家。 公正客觀的説， 屬於歷史上住過的高星定位酒店裡最差的了。 價格不算便宜，機場附近轉機免費住宿掛牌價大概100多，全季亞朵都200多的情況下這家500多。 怎麼説呢、硬件是好的，能看出來是想打造個地標酒店。 但是服務差的一塌糊塗。 1️⃣應該是蘭州新區裏為數不多的不含接送機的酒店，付費接送機也不管（不是差在有沒有這個服務、而是因為蘭州機場根本很難打到去蘭州新區的車，都嫌近、衹去市區）。哦對了，離開時幫叫車也是不管的。 2️⃣深夜降落，在機場上打不通酒店電話。不知道號碼有問題還是怎麼樣。到了酒店以後反應、前台説那你打xxxx，請問我都到了我要打這個電話做什麼用？ 3️⃣早餐沒吃，7:30-9:30（請注意，週末時間也是，一般酒店週末會延長半小時到一小時，並沒有），所以口味不做評價 4️⃣外賣員不許進、也沒有機器人送，服務員也不管送。大半夜下來拿外賣（還是放在外層門，後面的人看到去取外賣記得加衣服） 5️⃣説到外賣，提醒下，我11點半不到點外賣，附近60分鐘以內能送到的就衹有1家了。也不要想着便利店和出去吃什麼的，因為當時最近的營業中飯館5km且打不到車、最近的便利店11km（這是我這次出去玩11天唯一一頓為吃不上飯發愁的一天，於是叫了一個65分鐘送達的kfc） 6️⃣房屋面積大，但是衞生差，馬桶圈有尿漬，燒水壺一層灰，衞生紙衹備了小半卷，人均上了兩次廁所手紙居然用沒了且沒找到備用紙。 7️⃣晚上到達時候衹有值班前台的業務水平和精神面貌、我感覺連縣城賓館服務員都不如，早上走的時候換了一個會笑的，但是偌大的一排衹有一個服務員。是的，包括門僮也沒有，幫拿行李的也沒有。整個酒店我就看到過一早一晚兩個值班前台，就沒再看見過任何一個服務員。不理解200多間客房的酒店、是怎麼提供服務的 衹窗户拍了一張影視城照片看看、就當祛魅吧
