酒店整體的硬件設施不錯，設備的維護保的也還行，但房間的細節衞生還需提升。
早餐！真的是有點搞笑了，説的是自主早餐，可進到餐廳之後讓選擇，有ABCD四種套餐，一個人衹能選擇一份！套餐裏面的菜都是東瓶西湊的，我從來沒吃過這種，太可笑了。
有問題問前台員工，一問三不知！
温泉只有室內，像大眾澡堂子，泡餓啦就衹能餓着，根本沒吃的。
總體來講差評！

酒店服務員態度很好 設施十分完善 訂的豪華大床房帶兩張温泉門票 温泉泡完特別舒服 因為是冬天室外温泉沒有開放 之前國慶節來的時候室外的開放呢 也很不錯

信賴攜程就是因為真實的反饋，預訂之前我仔細閲讀了所有的差評，親身體會後忍不住感慨大家果然都是真實的點評。我們就住在周邊，酒店➕温泉套票划算所以預訂帶孩子住一晚玩的更輕鬆。1、 環境裝修：符合預期，維護的挺好，但是不能細究，枕頭套去掉枕芯很臟，房間靠影視城這邊，晚上平躺左耳是呼嘯而過飛機的聲音，右耳是過道不制熱中央空調的噪音，不親身體會難以想象。2、 服務基本沒有，酒店前台工作人員不論早晚白夜都只有一位，諮詢温泉補票和自助餐孩子補票政策一問三不知，感覺是過年期間臨時招人來頂班。3、自助餐廳：品種要吃的基本都有， 麪檔的拉麪師傅人高馬大態度奇差，點面聽沒聽到都不吭聲的，再説話就懟人。4、 温泉：差到無法言語，沒有任何空調或者暖氣，無論環境還是服務，市區內任何一家湯泉都可以輕鬆秒殺，除了賣貨的銷售有問有答，其餘服務員人員少且冷漠，温泉內衞生間更是又冷又臟倒人胃口。我從來不點評尤其差評，因為每次住店或者遊玩開心最重要，一點的毛病都是瑕不掩瑜可以理解，這次家門口的遊玩真是沒有一點點讓人舒心的地方，兩點從温泉出來還沒到家孩子就發燒了，氣憤至極不吐不快，我相信敦湖一定不會改，畢竟這麼多年能越來越差不是沒有原因的，還好我們本地人體驗不好下次不來就好，如果藉著蘭州旅遊的熱度外地人來體驗一下結果就是這樣的水平，真是丟了整個蘭州文旅的臉面。

晚上沒空調，沒熱水！收着五星級的錢，提供者0.5星級的服務！説實話不如招待所的水平！温泉酒店居然沒洗澡的熱水！空調温度永遠不會到23度，温泉就室內，和老頭泡澡堂子一樣人多！
