Accept foreigner, value for money, 30 mins walking distance to south bus terminal, good heating system, highly recommended

A very nice place to stay and very kind hosts!

Only good thing about this place is the location. Remaining everything rest in peace. unclean/ dirty rooms. The buffet breakfast they offer is worth nothing. I booked two double deluxe rooms for 2 nights. They could only give me one family double deluxe room. The other rooms was small and the first set of rooms that they offered didn't even have bedroom chairs. TV did not work. at first there was no water in shower and no hot water in the basin taps. They fixed it later on. Trip.com however, helped me and compensated me, however, they even couldn't get me the big 35sq.m room as promised for one night. could have said if the room was clean, tidy and maintained. There were a broken metal plate which was itself a safety hazard (Picture shared) for the children. There was no bathroom scale available as wrongly mentioned in the room amenities mentioned.

A Good budget hotel and it was very comfortable. Plenty of space and hot water was good..nice staff. Recommended

I even wonder if they have learned how to change the sheets and tidy up the room in one minute, because every time I blink, the room looks brand new. Then there are the facilities. Although this is only a three-star hotel, the facilities here are definitely five-star. The extra-large bed was as soft as a cloud, making me feel like I was flying into the sky. I was even more amazed by the shower equipment in the bathroom. The water flow was so powerful that it was like giving me a hydromassage. Finally, I must mention the food here. Those chefs are simply the chefs of a five-star restaurant! Every dish I tasted gave me the feeling of dancing on my tongue. Especially the breakfast, which can be called a five-star buffet, makes me look forward to the morning every day. Overall, the experience this three-star hotel brought me was definitely five-star. The room at Xindeli Hotel is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, I slept till dawn, the waiter's attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, I feel very comfortable and satisfied, the hotel has a beautiful environment, luxurious decoration and advanced facilities.
