The room is cozy, the attendant is nice and friendly. The location seems shady but it’s fine, most of the time you will be out anyway. Overall, I found it good for solo travelers. A picture from the room window

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Everything in the room worked perfectly and was well-maintained. What stood out the most was the staff – they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Truly a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

It's a nice place with a good location, but they charge extra for room cleaning or even just to change the sheets. Pictures show they have a washing machine in the room, but it's been removed, and now they charge you to wash clothes instead. It's a nice place and a great location, but a lot of what's advertised is misleading, and they charge extra for things you normally get for no extra charge at other hotels.

NIce place clean and silent . Suituble for living

I’ve stayed in this apartment for 8D7N, I like this neighborhood, even if located in district 1, but this neighborhood is in quite area and you can feel the local vibes in here. There is a lot of delicious local food around here. Recommend to stay here and I would stay in here again when come back to Saigon.

Comfortable room, great hospitality, equipment is sufficient. We stayed two night, hostel staff are very kind, they help us a lot of things. And if you want them futon in advance, they will give you a futon, and that was cool.

Very convenient with kind service. Full furniture is good for long stay. 10 minute walk to walking street is good for me to enjoy then return to relax at clam hotel.

Ok for business travelers needing a place to stay

سكنت انا واخوي في المكان كان جميل واستقبال محترم الإشكالية مافيه وضوح باختلاف الفئات حقت السكن فقط يبين لك حجم المكان لكن في الحقيقة اذا سكنت بالي بنفس الصورة الي تكون حجم الغرفة وسط يصير حجزك ما يشمل غسالة وغيرها لكن إذا حجزت أعلى فئة او الي قبلها يصير معها غسالة غير أن اشكالية الحمام (اكرمك الله) تسمع فيه الجيران وهم يسمعونك ، بنسبة للموقع جميل انه قريب من سوق بن تانه والسنتر نص ساعة مشي تقريبا او ٢٠ لسوق بن تانه لكن المكان حق السكن نفسه داخل زقاق صغير كل مره نبي ندخله نضيع بموقعهم والصراحة المنطقة الناس الي فيها طيبين ومحترمين ولكن طبيعي تشوف فيران وجرذان تسابقك للسكن وللامانه السكن نفسه وداخله جدا نظيف لكن برا السكن المنطقة قديمة نوعا ما ومو بافضل حالات النظافة عدا ذلك كل شيء ممتاز وبشكل عام تقييم يستحق ممتاز My brother and I stayed in the place, it was nice and the reception was respectful. The problem is that there is no clarity in the different categories of accommodation. It only shows you the size of the place, but in reality, if you stay in Bali in the same picture, which is the size of the room is medium, your reservation does not include a washing machine and others, but if you book the highest category or the one before it, it comes with a washing machine. The problem is that you hear the neighbors in the bathroom and they hear you. As for the location, it is nice that it is close to Bin Tana Market and the center, about half an hour or 20 minutes walk to Bin Tana Market, but the place of accommodation itself is inside a small alley. Every time we want to enter it, we get lost because of its location. Honestly, the people in the area are kind and respectful, but it is normal to see mice and rats racing you to the accommodation. To be honest, the accommodation itself is very clean inside, but outside the accommodation, the area is somewhat old and not in the best state of cleanliness. Other than that, everything is excellent. In general, it deserves an excellent rating.
