Good location serene quiet beside hypermarket and plenty of food amenities

Big room & comfy bed.Very polite reception staff counter and cafe.

The internal looks dilapidated. The carpet was worn off. The walls were stained. Lack of amenities. We were given one small bottle of shampoo and one small bath gel which are only enough for a single person for one time bath. We request for additional toiletries, specifically asking enough for 4 people. We waited for so long for the staff to send them, only to receive one small bottle of bath gel. We end up buying our own from Lotus located in front of the hotel. Breakfast spread was great, variety of menu selection.

Ok. Just spend 1 night here, not much can comment.

The hotel stay was decent, but there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The location isn’t particularly convenient, especially if you’re planning to explore the city or access public transportation easily. Additionally, the amenities felt outdated and could benefit from modernization to better match current guest expectations. Overall, it’s a suitable choice if location and up-to-date facilities aren’t top priorities.

This was supposed to be the highest rated/grandest hotel in Alor Setar, but sadly even the hotel lobby was not air conditioned. Room is clean, spacious, great views but trust me , the lighting in room sucks. Breakfast buffet option was okay.

No more freezer in room. No hair dryer. No iron. Toilet not properly cleaned Shower knop broken was not properly replaced No air con at hotel lobby

My feedback solely for the hotel Owner! They must invest in Maintenance and Repair heavily and immediately or Risk hotel closure as many guests like me will never repeat the visit again. You have fantastic and committed staff who despite the continuous complaints from guests, were still smiling! How much is their Pay, I wonder for still working in this deteriorating hotel. I had a few complaints about the room, quickly the staff attended. Superb, but there were some long term problems, apparently no hot water already for sometime! They will bring bucket of water for you to shower! But the timing only in the evening not morning! My toilet ceiling was leaking as per photo, can you imagine what kind of water dropping on your head.

Good location.. near all the amenities.. good breakfast with many of food varieties.. this is 2nd time stay here.. will repeat again soon

Due to my allergies, i asked them to vacuum again the floor and the housekeeper very quick for action. they have dimsum for breakfast. all great.

Cleanliness not really in good condition at the toilet. Others good. Breakfast just nice.

The hotel offers a beautiful, mesmerizing view of the paddy fields. The rooms are super clean and cozy, and breakfast includes a delicious variety of foods. Just across the street, there are many stalls offering a wide range of local dishes. Highly recommended!

Hotel was ok since the price was reduced. But it was poorly maintain. The cupboard was chipped, the shower drain was clogged and the towel need to be change. The room a little dark and need to have more lighting. Parking area need to readjust, big car have problem getting into the slot
