酒店是新開業，設施設備都是新的。前台小姐姐們服務態度很好，耐心温柔。新酒店房間衞生自然乾淨的沒話説。我們住的房間私密性很好，智能馬桶，獨立衞浴，水壓很大，就是淋浴時噪音有些大，可能是我不太會用，水温不太穩定。不過當天有些受涼，大水壓熱水沖個澡，身體舒服多了。酒店地理位置很不錯，吃喝玩樂一條龍，環境還很好。重點:有地下停車場，停車免費，還很方便。扶梯出地庫斜對角二十米就是酒店門口，強烈推薦來蘭州玩的遊客們。特別是對自駕出行的人很友好！

酒店：地理位置特別好，在老街的位置，晚上很熱鬧，吃喝玩樂不愁，酒店提供的免費停車也特別贊，非常方便，我是住了兩晚，在他家選擇早餐，其實價格還是可以的，兩個人一共50元，特別是餐廳的廚師，性格特別好，熱情認真，房間智能，整部性價比很高。建議：洗衣房很好，但是需要加個晾衣服的架子，如果有客人洗完衣服沒有及時取走衣服，可以掛在晾衣架上，另外，如果客人住的是臨街的房子，雖然窗户關上了但是有時候還是會聽到聲音，建議提供個小耳塞，價格很便宜，但是這是個細節加分，洗髮水和沐浴露的味道很好，但是加個同款的小瓶潤膚露就更好了，總體來説，非常用心的一家新酒店！

從韓城到蘭州，下塌蘭州老街賓館，原本沒抱多高希望，但住進去一切出乎意料的滿意，設施，衞生，環境，服務等均無可挑剔，鬧中取靜，非常舒適，可免費停車，周邊吃喝玩樂非常方便

地理位置不錯，就在王子飯店正對面，廣場的旁邊，距離停車場出入口都很近，住店可以免費停車。雙床房間在2樓，是回字型的，洗衣房也在這一層。房間可以通向露台，🈶玻璃門可以上鎖。關上門窗以後隔音效果特別好！衞浴三分離做得也不錯。
前台服務特別棒！可以站在顧客的角度思考，並及時給出可行的、可選擇的解決方式！必須表揚！

房間不錯，客服人員服務很到位，很熱心，顏值也高，房間清理人員衞生打掃的很乾凈，有位姓冉的經理，服務很到位，找不到車也耐心陪同找車，放假期間在老街內，有這種性價比的酒店很少，唯一美中不足的就是走廊很窄，頂樑很低，其餘的都挺好的，出去逛也好，玩兒也罷，都很方便

房間裏面還行，過道有些味，希望改善一下，住在老街裏面，挺方便，就是停車有些不方便，地下停車場限高，提前問好，外面不遠有露天收費停車場，可以順便停，老闆不錯，給報了停車費，點個贊👍
