舟車勞頓抵達，老闆好友般的寒暄，以及還未謀面的老闆娘字裡行間的細心體貼讓我們決定直接續住。
隨後老闆陽光帥氣的大兒子接過我們手中沉重的行李直送達房間門口。
次日老闆娘毫不吝分享她的保姆級美食地圖定位，推薦的店家家都超級好吃，完全不踩雷！讓我們吃到了非常地道的當地美味！作為吃貨無以言表!
最感動的是離店時，老闆堅持把我們送到路口，並將行李至出租車後備箱放好，才揮手道別，那份周到，像家人，像親戚，暖了一路。
乃至於到家後，還收到老闆娘問候孩子身體情況的訊息，這份關愛，太感動了!

差勁！超級差勁，目前為止，住過最差勁的酒店，黑心商家，不處理問題還罵顧客
從剛開始因為行程有變不給退，還要扣我50％的房費，我都沒有進店，打電話協商的時候態度特別特別差，不給處理，還讓我去找攜程問去，強迫我入住，攜程也解決不了，逼得我來來回回打車去住酒店
結果第二天，但是我們不小心把油漬搞在了床上衹有黃豆大小，這個也算是我們的錯，她完全可以按照正常流程去扣我們的那個衞生費，打電話過來質問我們，而且她在不退按金的情況下要求我們賠償她幾百塊錢的床單費，而且還罵我們沒教養，全程態度特別差，根本不處理事情
你既然這麼牛，搞什麼服務行業，人家五星級酒店都沒你這個樣子，這麼大的格局？

小小民宿乾淨衞生，環境也不錯，這是第三次入住，第一次住還是剛開不久，這次入住除了有些設施有些陳舊，衞生還是不錯的，床上用品比較乾淨，床也舒服，老闆娘很能幹，熱情周到，下次去蘭州首選慕棉花！

因為臨時改變行程，在網上收到這家民宿，到達後發現這家民宿位置就在城關區雁西路上萬達商圈，馬路對面就是公交車站去哪都方便。老闆老闆娘很熱情，我們定了兩間房老闆貼心的給我安排在一起一進房間裏面設施：很全面，一次性的浴巾，馬桶墊什麼的都
有，空調，電視都很棒！衞生：超級超級超級超級乾淨，有一個超級大的衞生間，而且乾濕分離，讓人很舒服。房間衞生也很乾凈，床上用品潔白無瑕。還有一點房間和大門都是密碼交付，我們不管多晚回來都不打擾其他人！
