公寓樓裏，沒有前台，寫的四張1.5床，結果到了衹有三張加一張皮革的梳化床，也沒有布草，聯繫客服他説沙發當床，布草在旁邊櫃子也就沒留意，睡覺的時候找了發現沒有，太晚了也就沒聯繫客服，就湊活着睡了。第二天反饋了一下，梳化床應該平台標明，結果客服態度很差，説沒法標，沒布草怪我們當晚沒打電話給他，要不就送了。自己失誤，沒提前告知，還挺有理的樣子。還有衞生間洗澡是沒有下水的，整個淋浴房水漫過腳脖子在裏面洗澡，出來水流一屋，也是很無語
