"My stay at Mint Hotel Rosebank was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. "This hotel comes highly recommended. It's only a few minutes' walk from Sandton Station. The only downside is the lack of an underground parking garage. The hotel facilities are of good quality. When you check into your room, make sure to check the door lock yourself. The first room they gave me had a broken lock, but they promptly changed it, and then everything was fine. The front desk service was excellent. When my tour guide arrived at 6:00 AM for my day trip and couldn't find me in the lobby, the front desk didn't give out my room information. Instead, they came to my door and knocked to let me know the tour agency was waiting downstairs and I should go down as soon as possible. The security guards also helped point out which vehicle was for my booked day trip. The service was great, and the surrounding area is reportedly safer than the downtown city hall and prison areas."

"The hotel apartments are situated in a great location. Everything seemed to be going well until the first night. There was a lot of noose coming from the corridor and outside due to a construction site. When someone in another apartment unit was showering, I could hear the water running while in my room (early hours of the morning). Would assume that since guests stay there that the windows would be insulated against noise. The bedding wasn’t clean - felt sandy and extremely itchy. I had red marks on my arm after my stay which makes me wonder if there were bed bugs."

"Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and everything was fine for a short stay. The only downside was that the room was quite cold. The staff kindly provided a heater, but it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with it on, so the room remained a bit uncomfortable at night. The location was okay, but it's not really a walkable area. You'll most likely need to use a taxi to get anywhere. Overall, it's a good option for an overnight stay, and I was satisfied with my experience."

"It's a great apartment, in a very nice modern building, next to Rosebank Mall. Everything was great, however there was a major problem with the bed. I'm 179cm and my feet were hanging off the bed, it was a good 10-15cm too small. I've never experienced this and didn't sleep so well during my stay."

"Pros: 1. Location in Rosebank is perfect. Walking distance to Rosebank Mall, eateries, bars, restaurants 2. Staff were lovely and took great pride in the Radisson brand. We had a foul smell in the room we were in (from the bathroom). They actioned it promptly by sending maintenance, and also offering a new room to move to, they were kind about it and encouraged us to move to ensure we had a happy stay. 3. Location. Location. Location. I know I said it already but felt super safe here, which is exactly what I wanted. Security guard’s outside. Staff around the clock. Easy access. Cons: 1. The hotel itself is dated. Needs a bit of love to bring it on par with other hotels in the area like Hyde. 2. Things like towels and floor mats really need a spruce / clean out. Some were haggered and stained."
