The house is in a safe area 5 minutes from the beach. Near a large Mall with cafes and supermarkets. Rooms are clean, neat, decorated with taste! Every day cleaning, a large bottle of water and candy) breakfasts are diverse and delicious.

A Pleasant Stay at Carslogie House, Port Elizabeth We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the gentleman on duty, who was friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease after a long drive. Our room was spacious, clean, and overlooked the pool, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. All the facilities were excellent, and we appreciated being able to safely park our rental car inside the property. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with a good variety of options and a thoughtful vegetarian choice for me. The setting was calm and comfortable, perfect for starting the day. The only issue we experienced was during breakfast service, where the staff seemed more focused on the larger groups and overlooked us for quite some time. We eventually had to go to the kitchen to place our order. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did stand out given how excellent everything else was. Overall, we had a very good stay at Carslogie House. The accommodation, location, and overall hospitality were all great.

The hotel deserves the highest rating. We felt better than at home. Cleanness, attention of staff, comfort and stunning hospitality from the hostess. Nina was very attentive to all our requests. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is in a safe area. Very close to the coast and nearby there are several places for a walkway as well as a supermarket. A shopping center with a lot of shops in step-by-step availability. The place is very quiet, you can sleep well and relax the day if you want. There is a swimming pool in the hotel that will save you in the hot weather. We recommend this guest house clearly. If the fate is thrown into the town of Port Elizabeth, then we will definitely stop at Nina ❣️❣️❣️

Everything is very good. Beautiful hotel. Decent level. Heated pool! A stunning ocean view! Very diverse breakfast 5****** must have a dress and slippers to visit the spa. It's very strange that they're not there.

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

A beautiful hotel, an excellent quiet place for family recreation, a lot of green on the territory, delicious breakfasts, benign staff, the hostess is wonderful. Of course recommended. Port Elizabeth was very fond of, the Indian Ocean is magnificent, warm and clean

Simple check in with friendly staff greeting at the gate. Welcomed with open arms. Cleaning staff were well received with a gracious attitude when requesting extra services

Excellent staff, from Charl. (hope i got name correct) at Reservations, to the people at reception, Housekeeping, and the team at the dining/breakfast area. Also, the food was really good value and tasty. Please dont slip up on any of these!!

Where to start... I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing. First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping. The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places. The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag. Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

We were a group that I booked for, the receptionist was very helpful on the day of booking in as we were a bit early, but she made a plan for us to at least get some of the rooms earlier. They were always very friendly, and our rooms was always nicely cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. The generator was a very big help while most of PE did not have electricity.
