Hotels near Son Tra Mountain (Monkey Mountain), Da Nang

This hotel is located near Pham Van Dong, an area popular with Koreans, so there are many businesses catering to Koreans nearby. The location is great, and the facilities for this price are excellent. I'm not sure if it's just on Delivery K, but when I searched for this hotel's name, it showed a different hotel about a 4-minute walk away. So, I'd recommend Korean guests double-check the hotel address when ordering delivery. There was some drilling noise during the day from construction right next door, but it was tolerable.

The hotel is truly high standard. Clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The room is very comfortable: a quiet air conditioner, a large modern TV, and a bright, clean bathroom. The rooftop pool is actually good, not just there for show. There’s also a small gym. I had a great rest here and would definitely recommend it.

The cleaning is poor. Breakfast is served at 6 am, but when I arrived at 6:30 am on the first day, some of the food was missing. When I arrived at 7 am the next day, some of the food was missing. Also, there were mice running around in the room. 5th floor.

The hotel is near the beach, the rooms are clean and smell nice. The staff are lovely and provide quick assistance. It's a convenient walk to the beach from the hotel, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The price is reasonable, making it a worthwhile experience when traveling to Da Nang.

I booked this place for a week because I saw that their average rating on Google was 5 stars. Unfortunately, after I made the non-refundable reservation the Google reviews page disappeared and later after searching for their hotel again I realized that their actual average rating was about 3.5 stars. I was surely disappointed and wanted to cancel my reservation right then and there after learning how bad the condition of the hotel actually was. Those bad reviews were real as I would soon find out. My first impression was not good as I saw a half dead roach on its back entering the elevator. The rooms looked okay but the hallways on each floor looked like an abandoned building and were terribly kept. I ended up leaving the first room I took because there were ants crawling all over the wall and desk area with some making their way onto the floor. I was then given a room on the 6th floor which I took for the night as they agreed that they would look into refunding me for the week I booked. The room was cleaner and I only saw a couple of ants but the room was too warm as the AC didn't get very cold. On the plus side the towels and the refrigerator were brand new. I also have to commend their service and it did feel like a 4 star hotel in that respect but I understand there's only so much that they can do. I would like to thank the front desk lady Thanh for helping me find a better room and asking their sales dept in refunding me the rest of the days I didn't stay. She also offered me a complimentary breakfast that had a lot of variety which I enjoyed. If they can get their act together in doing a deep clean and renovating the hotel then only maybe I will be back as their service was very good.

Excellent, absolutely fantastic! I was really pleased with the room. The bathroom was quite spacious, and every day we received fresh, lovely-smelling bath and hand towels. The location is superb, very close to the beach, and you can see the blue sky and ocean from the window. The duvet was also very comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly nice. Thumbs up, thumbs up! I spent almost five days in Da Nang and was truly satisfied.

This is honestly the best budget hotel we’ve stayed in. We originally booked for 2 nights but ended up extending for 2 more because we loved it so much. The room was spotless, smelled really good, and was surprisingly comfortable for a budget stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk to convenient stores, spas, and Da Nang Beach. Everything we needed was nearby, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located place in Da Nang, this hotel is definitely worth it!

He assisted me not only during check-in but also throughout my entire stay, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. The hotel itself has been newly renovated, and it shows—everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, with excellent amenities and a very comfortable bed. Everything was perfectly in order, which made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the ocean view room. Waking up to the sight of the sea was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to my trip. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to linger a little longer. Overall, Nguyen Gia Hotel is a must-stay when visiting Da Nang. Between the welcoming staff, especially Bao, the modern facilities, and the breathtaking views, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
