Guest UserExcellent! The hotel met my expectations, with delicious and varied breakfasts. To those who complain about repetitive food, I wonder if it's any different at home? :) We were given a Deluxe room with a pool view, even though we didn't request it. We visited during the off-season (August), and 6,000 rubles for a room with breakfast is a steal!!! The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers during the off-season. You can grab towels yourself at the pool and beach. The beach is excellent, just a 5-minute walk away. The grounds are lush with palm trees. Free bicycles are available, as well as a kids' club. A buggy takes you to Grand World, which is about a 10-minute walk. To get back, you just press a button at the stop and they'll pick you up. There's a supermarket nearby. There's also a convenient pass-through to the neighboring Wyndham hotel. Transfers to Safari and the park are also available on a schedule. Free airport transfer is provided.

Guest UserOur stay at Pullman Phu Quoc was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We originally planned to explore the island and go sightseeing, but once we got there, we ended up giving up most of our plans and just stayed in the resort the whole time. It was that good. It really felt like a proper “staycation” because everything was so well organized and there was always something to do.
The resort itself is beautiful, and the programs and activities are really well put together, so you never feel bored. The atmosphere is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time without needing to go anywhere else.
All the staff we met were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about the guests. And the breakfast… honestly, it was amazing. There were so many options, and everything tasted so good. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay—we actually looked forward to breakfast every single morning.
The location is a little away from the busy downtown area, but it didn’t bother us at all. Transportation is very convenient. I mostly used Grab to get around, and it was super easy and surprisingly cheap, so going out when we wanted to was no problem.
The only small issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room. It was fixed on the second day, but we still had some problems, so they came again on the third day to repair it. But what really impressed us was how the hotel handled the situation. The reception sent us a sincere apology letter and even delivered a fruit platter to our room. It might seem like a small gesture, but moments like that really show the difference in service and how much they value their guests.
We were genuinely touched and so grateful for the care we received. It made our stay even more memorable. I would 100% come back here again next time I visit Phu Quoc. Highly, highly recommend 🤍😘🥰

Kikitheguest- Excellent and friendly service.
- The complimentary buggy service for transfers was great. Even when the hotel couldn't arrange a buggy, they offered reimbursement for an external service, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated.
- Very close to attractions, so it was easy to return to the hotel when tired or hot.
- The fireworks felt incredibly close, almost overhead, and were very loud with strong echoes.
- Breakfast offered matcha latte, but the selection was somewhat limited.
- The tap water had noticeable sediment; bringing a water filter is recommended, though it seems other hotels on the island have similar issues.
- The 30-minute spa experience in the evening was very relaxing (the oil had no scent and was a bit oily; I suggest more hot towel compresses).
- There's a jacuzzi, but it's a bit far away.

Guest UserUnbeatable! Excellent facilities, friendly staff—most of whom speak English. The front desk was polite, and the breakfast was superb. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. The only minor downside is that the children's facilities, like the indoor playhouse, are just average. They also have desserts in the lobby.

This hotel claims to be five-star, but I don't think it meets the standard overall. The housekeeping staff didn't clean the dirty towels, they just added new ones. We had to ask them to clean the room the next day. The breakfast selection was limited. We booked a sea-view room, but the first one only had a small partial sea view. Thanks to the front desk staff who diligently helped us switch to a full sea-view room. However, the air conditioning wasn't very cool, and when I asked other guests nearby, they said their AC was working normally. Also, the bathroom and room are separated by a glass partition, and even with a curtain, you can still see what people are doing inside, which is very inconvenient.

FodejiaolishangyinBefore my trip, I did extensive research and looked at countless hotels, including Marriott and Regent (which are good, of course). Many people commented that Vietnam has a lot of mosquitoes and poor hygiene, and that many hotels discriminate against or are unfriendly towards Chinese tourists. This made me quite uneasy. Among the many hotels, I prioritized cleanliness, hygiene, and warm, attentive service. I ultimately chose Anantara, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations – it's fantastic! It's clean, hygienic, and the staff are almost always smiling and provide enthusiastic service. As one guest review I saw put it, 'All the friendly people are at this hotel.' 😊
My child and I had a very comfortable stay. Although there aren't many entertainment facilities, it's quiet, and my child had a wonderful time in the private pool. I gave it a full five-star rating. Chinese travelers can choose this hotel with confidence! 👍
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearby night market and free airport pick-up (though it's a shared shuttle with other guests). For your itinerary, the best option while staying here is to book a boat trip. The hotel is centrally located, about a ten-minute drive from the airport. Everything was excellent. Many thanks to all the staff! 🙏

MIKHAIL UDALOVGood to all travelers!
We stayed at this hotel as a family. We rented two rooms. The hotel is new. No more than two years after the opening. The description of the hotel and rooms fully corresponds to the website. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere.
Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something.
HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect.
Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use.
Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes.
There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good.
We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class.
I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

Stan limIf you’re someone that enjoy the beach, sea, and sunset. This will be a recommended area to be at. Private beach. Quiet. Sunbed. 2mins ish walk from your hotel to the private beach by the hotel themselves. Or you can just chill by the pool enjoy the sunset too.
Just a 6mins-20mins to the nearby night market/cafe/ places to visit depending on what you want to do. Convenient location, pretty centralize to various stuff
