Hotels near Cam Chau, Da Nang

Friendly and clean. The rural streets and market are charming in their own way. If you take the alleyway right in front, you'll find the market. There's a fruit stand directly opposite the main entrance where they'll peel and cut fruit for you if you ask. It's about a 30-minute drive from Da Nang, but I often choose to stay here on purpose.

I want to be honest with this review so I will have to score it a little lower but I do want to say that the staff were incredible helpful and kind and did try to rectify the problems we had. Upon arrival the room seemed ok but on second glance we noticed big yellow stains all over the sheets and loads of (what we think were) ‘plaster bagworm’ all over the walls. These are common in humid areas but are essentially a moth infestation and while they can’t hurt humans they’re a real pain when it comes to clothes and accidentally taking the infestation away with you. Due to this we felt pretty uncomfortable in our room and asked reception if we could move rooms to a different floor. They said they were full but that housekeeping would clean the room again for us. After cleaning there were significantly less cocoons on the walls but the sheets hadn’t been changed and we ended up having to pick the remaining cocoons off the walls ourselves. After another trip to reception and kindly asking our sheets to be changed they were happy to do so and said that they would move us to a different room asap the next day. The second room was much cleaner but still had a bit of an infestation. We ****** it up but it was annoying having to keep all our luggage locked up and everything away from the walls. It’s a real shame because the people were so lovely and the place has real potential with a lovely pool area and kitchen. I hope they manage to get this under control soon. The first picture is of the second room and was much nicer. The others are an example of the cocoon and stained sheets.

I really liked the hotel; it was cozy, clean, and had delicious breakfasts. However, there's a construction site nearby, which unfortunately affected the view from the balcony. I wish it had been different.

The hotel staff were very helpful, and the location is convenient, close to Hoi An Ancient Town, making it easy to call for a ride-sharing service. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel's overall greenery and plants were truly refreshing and pleasant to look at. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Stayed here in February during the Tet period. Breakfast was fairly standard, but the egg station was a highlight—freshly made and really satisfying. The noodle station was a nice touch too, with a different local noodle dish offered each day. The yogurt and crème brûlée were especially delicious! Many thanks to Ms. Moon at the reception, who truly made our day. Despite it being the second day of Tet (Vietnam’s ***** New Year), she went the extra mile to help arrange our transport to Da Nang—something we really appreciated during such a busy festive period. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was being able to catch lots of fireworks right from our hotel room window during the eve and first day of Tet—it was absolutely amazing. Who says Hoi An isn’t interesting during festive seasons? Right across the street from the hotel is a temple, which is an attraction in itself. Entry is free, and it’s well worth a visit—we actually went twice: once on the first day of Tet and again before checking out. It added a lovely cultural touch to our stay. For late-night cravings, the hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk to Maruthi Pizza, which serves surprisingly good pizzas and Indian food. For daily necessities or snacks, there are two mini marts conveniently located—one right beside the hotel and another diagonally opposite. There are also many tailors in the vicinity, which is perfect if you’re looking to get custom-made clothing. Hoi An Old Town is within walking distance as well—about 20 to 30 minutes on foot—and the stroll is enjoyable, with scenic views and museums along the way. AMAZING stay!!! What a lovely hotel, the energy & vibe from staff superb. Loved the room (w balcony) spacious with large bath tub. Loved the decor & furnishings in room, bed so comfy. The restaurant menu awesome & yummy, great range too for room service. Breakfast was yummy too. Would be nice to have a few more pillows- minor critic. Enjoyed watching Netflix & relaxing Loved how attentive they are as they check you in with welcome drink & snack, they escort you to your room & walk you thru their services etc & your bags delivered to room. The room had a lovely fragrance ! The hotel has daily regular returns shuttle to Old Ancient town & beach. The hotel is new & modern with digital touches. My booking was last minute it was worth it great value will stay again!!!! There are some eateries directly opposite hotel but I had all I needed within the Hotel 🤩

Stayed at The Saga Hotel Hoi An for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. The hotel has a beautiful villa-style design, surrounded by tropical greenery which gives it a relaxing resort atmosphere. It feels quiet and comfortable, more like staying in a small resort. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The swimming pool is nice but not very big. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which was very rich with a good variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good value for money. I would consider staying here again when visiting Hoi An

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I want to start with the positives: A special thank you to the staff for upgrading our room for free – it was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise. The location was great: Old Town is a comfortable 15-minute walk away, which is perfect for evening strolls. The grounds are beautifully green. However, there were a few issues. The main drawback was the pool. I never saw it cleaned once during our entire stay. In the evenings, when the lights were on, it became clear that the water wasn't very clean; it was unpleasant to swim due to visible dust particles and other suspended matter (it felt like skin particles). In my opinion, the pool hygiene really suffers. We ordered room service a couple of times and were disappointed: the food was unappetizing, and the prices were clearly inflated. There's an excellent alternative right across the street – 'Good Eats' cafe. It's a very cozy, Bali-style vegetarian spot. Even for me, a non-vegetarian, there were many delicious options on the menu. We ended up having all our lunches and takeaways from there. Around the hotel, there are only small market stalls where the food storage conditions raise concerns. I'd advise everyone to stock up on snacks and sweets in advance, while still in Da Nang. Buses to the beach and Old Town run very infrequently, and you need to book them in advance. This isn't ideal if you're used to spontaneous travel.

The accommodation is clean, and so is the swimming pool. Unlike some older places where the pool tiles might be cracked, there was absolutely none of that here. They offer free bicycle rentals, which allowed us to explore every corner of Hoi An. It was fine to rent them all day, and there's a lock, so you don't have to worry about them getting stolen. Since we arrived in the early morning, we requested hotel pickup and paid 500,000 VND. It was convenient and great. They even upgraded our room, which made our stay very comfortable. I just wish the bottled water in the room was sealed.

The staff were friendly, but the restaurant itself was a bit old, and the breakfast was just average. The location is close to Hoi An Old Town, about a 10-minute drive away. It was quite cold when I went because it was winter and raining, and I caught a cold on my first day. Overall, this restaurant offers good value for money and is worth recommending.
