"The hotel is remodeled and very clean and accessible. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is not buffet form, but sandwiches and other a la carte. In the case of coffee, it is a pity that you have to pay extra. There is nothing uncomfortable except that there is no elevator on the second floor. I will use it again on my next trip. I couldn't receive an email about the receipt, so I had to contact him through Trip.com and handled it quickly. Thank you again for your kind and quick response to the large number of people staying."

"Area is nice, safe and isolated. Really bad traffic because it’s close to the highway entrance. After the first night of staying in my room I noticed my door lock wasn’t working. That means anyone could’ve entered my room without a keycard. Called the front desk and they sent someone to check it out and fixed it. That was the end of the story but I’d expected at least an apology of some sort from the hotel. Wasted me a good hour just to wait for them to fix my door so I can leave the hotel."

"The room has a washing machine and dryer, and complete kitchen utensils, which is suitable for stopping to cook and wash clothes after a long journey. The hygienic condition of the room is average. Because there is a kitchen, the floor is a little sticky, but if you want to do laundry or cook, it can be tolerated. The location is good, close to UCL, there are many delicious food nearby, and the front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. Close to schools, prices are not cheap these days."

"Booked on Trip.com, the price was quite reasonable, but the room was incredibly noisy! Surrounded by roads on all four sides, plus a highway, there was practically no escaping the noise. Americans love driving large-displacement cars and motorcycles, and they don't stop until midnight, then start again very early in the morning. You'll definitely need earplugs to sleep. Breakfast was a very simple American-style cold spread. The front desk did offer free Uber rides to nearby locations."

"We stayed at this hotel for nine out of our ten-plus days in LA because it was so convenient! The hotel has three floors, and most buildings in Westwood are three or four stories high. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and very clean inside and out. The surrounding area is also relatively quiet. The Hammer Museum is diagonally opposite, and there's a 24-hour restaurant, Denny's, next door. A few dozen meters away, around the corner, is a Target, and there are three or four large supermarkets like Target. A ten-minute walk away, there are various restaurants like In-N-Out, making life very convenient. It's about a 15-30 minute walk to different parts of the UCLA campus, making it a popular choice for parents and students. We stayed in various room types, from one-bedroom suites to two-bedroom suites and then to one-bedroom suites – we stayed in different locations and on different floors – and we were always satisfied. The free parking was especially great. The hotel includes a Western-style buffet breakfast, which might not suit everyone's taste, but it was definitely enough to fill you up. It had everything you'd expect: bread, eggs (peeled, cold hard-boiled eggs with salt and pepper; you can soak them in hot water if you don't like cold eggs), hot coffee, various tea bags, hot water, room temperature water, and ice water, oatmeal, iced milk, yogurt, fruit, and even an automatic pancake machine—just turn it on and it dispenses two hot pancakes to spread with honey. The restaurant wasn't large, with only 10 seats, serving from 7 to 10 pm. Except for one weekend day when it got a bit crowded, it was quite empty most of the time; you could sit down as soon as you arrived. We even saw some people taking their breakfast back to their rooms to eat. There was no bottled water in the rooms, but the restaurant provided coffee and hot water all day, and there was a huge ice maker in the hallway. Foreigners liked to fill large cups with ice, and we went to the restaurant to fill our cups with hot water every morning and evening. If you like hot water, remember to bring your own cup. The front desk is staffed every morning by an elderly gentleman with white hair. He doesn't smile much, works a bit slowly, but is very clear-headed and nice, and considerate of guests. Because the hotel is very popular, it's been almost fully booked every day lately. We managed to snag different rooms, and each time he tried his best to arrange rooms on the same floor for our convenience. If that wasn't possible, he would also help us store our luggage in the front desk storage room. Besides shampoo and soap, there are no other toiletries or slippers in the room, so it's best to bring your own. You can buy them at the supermarket, but they're a bit pricey for us. We've stayed at other hotels along Highway 1, and they all had similar amenities, but each room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!"

"The room is nice but the air conditioning is old. It once stopped. After the staff fixed it, it stopped again and we need to use the fan mode instead."

"It’s a good property if you are driving and have your car to move in LA. We were traveling for a holiday and did not find the place convenient - there are no cafes or restaurants around the hotel , no access to LAX except taxis and traveling to other places was not easy. Also, it’s located next to the freeway so out first room was very noisy and we had to ask for a change. The front desk was good and moved us to another room. Breakfast is average - food is served in disposable plates and it was cold and boring, I would prefer hotels not including breakfast but this place did not have anything close by too.  I would not stay here again if I were visiting LA but it may be popular with people driving around LA, with access to a car to move within the city."

"Small, old. Good service, there is a big shopping mall 10 minutes on the side It is suitable for a night, and comfort can't satisfy you. It seems that there is no swimming pool gym and the restaurant is very general."

"The front desk has a very good attitude and efficiency. The room is not very big but very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable because I only stayed for one night. I didn't explore the small garden and other facilities but the soundproofing is good and the rest is very good."

"The hotel’s restaurant was under renovation during my stay, but they served some free bread in the morning. Catherine from front desk is very nice and friendly, free upgraded my room. Location wise, it’s in a quiet place away from the downtown but close to UCLA, there’s a botanical garden nearby in walking distance, which is my favorite place during the day. Room is spacious with good conditions."
