"There is a buffet in the afternoon. There is wine and fruit biscuit cheese. Very good. The room was very very clean. The bedding is soft. The room is small, and the family recommends a large room type. 2 minutes walk from the train station."
"The receptionist Nicole was super sweet and helpful. She gave details on the room before we stayed and was very attentive. She also shared valuable insights on the school she attended, which happened to be the school my daughter expressed an interest in attending. Her service was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable."
"Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, with cereal, bread, cake, coffee, simple but sufficient. The location of the hotel is superb. Go out and turn right and walk 3 minutes to the beach, and 5-6 minutes to the pier. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful and very friendly, 24 hours a day, and I am very patient to call for consultation if something happens at night."
"The location is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere in the town. Parking is convenient. The room is quite large and there is a small yard on the first floor.
The facilities feel very new, the only thing is that the shower room is not closed. Breakfast is relatively simple with well-made bread and yogurt."
"Our room featured a balcony and was thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was included, and the front desk was always staffed, which was reassuring. Parking was both convenient and secure. The staff were incredibly helpful, readily answering all our questions, from bike rentals to car repairs. We found it very convenient to walk to both the pier and the beach. The area truly comes alive with activities on weekends, adding greatly to its charm."
"The hotel is conveniently located with a boulevard that leads directly to the beach. There are many shops along the way, open to the beach and there are night markets selling a variety of vegetables and fruits, all very fresh. In particular, there is a 99-cent supermarket, which is cheaper to buy daily necessities and foods, vegetables and fruits, and buys a lot of things for more than a dozen dollars. I will have the opportunity to live in the future. Thank you!"
"Really great! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and varied, parking was easy, and it's super close to the attractions. Plenty of good food options nearby too!"
"The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽"
"The room is small, the health is OK, in the town, just stayed on the 18th, the other did not say, the payment information provided by Ctrip has serious problems, I booked the room 3 or 4 months in advance, Ctrip App shows the user The famous currency is paid for, and it shows that I have prepaid, but I have to pay a second payment when I check in, and just brush the US dollar credit card, which brings two big problems: 1. I can't stay in normal mood. 2. I have already made a large amount of economic losses for the US dollar. This has also caused the price that was initially confirmed by Ctrip to be inconsistent with the price I actually paid. Why didn’t Ctrip have any hints at the beginning? I am waiting for a satisfactory result."
"Hotel was very clean, and I have high standards! Staff was friendly and helpful. As another reviewer stated, this is not a luxury hotel, but it did provide very comfortable accommodations in a wonderful location near the beach in Santa Barbara. It even provided a covered parking spot for my car!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWas here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are.
The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!
GGuest UserI called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable.
All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway.
This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.
RrobertaAbsolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust. The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.
LLizhi Jeff LeeVery good youth hostel, rich activities and good atmosphere.
About 6 minutes walk from the beach. There is a young lady who takes to the beach to do yoga in the morning.
A communal kitchen is provided, eggs and noodles are provided for breakfast, you can make it yourself,
GGuest UserThe front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay.
At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.
The room is classic old money style
Health: OK
Facilities: Classic
Environment: City Centre
Service: Soso
__WeChat246572****The hotel is small, but the location is in the rich area, very comfortable; The staff is also very enthusiastic, but after leaving the store, I was not very happy to charge an extra fee of a few hundred yuan. I wrote an email to ask what tax was charged less, but the hotel now received less money and deducted credit card money without notifying me. It was very untrue; Breakfast is equal to no coffee and fruit every day and doughnuts
KKOBECHAN20This was the best hotel on our West Coast trip, even more comfortable than the 5-star hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas. We liked it so much we booked another hotel from the same chain later in Monterey. Parking was super convenient, right in front of our room, and it was free – plus they had breakfast! Where else can you find that? The scenery was beautiful, and it was incredibly kid-friendly. The pool was heated, though we didn't use it. There's also a self-service laundry room with dryers, but you need to download an app to top up and use them. Highly recommend booking a stay here!
FFafa_Pretty good! This price is afraid of not being clean
The result was not expected to be super clean 😆
CP value is very high, although cheap, but completely worth the price
Hot water comes slower but the water pressure is enough
