Pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was at the hotel. Checking was quick and friendly. I was given a delicious chocolate chip and walnut cookie after checking in. My room was quiet, clean, large, with a very comfortable queen bed, and a nice easy chair. Their airport shuttle also was available at 4 am, when I needed it. I will definitely stay again when I need to stay overnight near the airport.

I arrived at the airport at nearly 8pm on September 25th and waited for nearly 2 hours according to the designated pick-up location A7 on the hotel's official website. During the waiting period, I contacted the hotel by phone but could not get a definite answer. Finally, I got the pick-up location with the help of Salt Lake City Airport personnel. Has been changed to 3B. The hotel is requested to change the connection location on the official website as soon as possible to avoid causing trouble to other passengers. Excluding the issue of incorrect information on the official website, the hotel room is very comfortable and clean. There is a microwave in the room, which is convenient for heating food. I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not very clean, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a box of tissues running out from the moment I checked in. The amenities were very limited. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which made my stay less convenient. The room itself was also much smaller than I expected. While the location is excellent and the staff was generally average in their service, the overall quality did not meet my expectations. I hope the management will take steps to improve the cleanliness and provide better facilities for future guests.

We drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am. The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…

The suite is set, the bedroom has a door, the outside comb bed can be opened, but the overall facilities in the house are old, the air conditioning is very noisy, because the airport, the aircraft noise is definitely big, but the traffic is absolutely convenient, 15 minutes from the airport, not far from the center, one hour to the Great Salt Lake

The location is great, nice breakfast, friendly reception and easy check in. It’s not far from the downtown. So we had a chance to have some drinks with the friendly locals. It was raining when we got there and saw a homeless person sleeping beside the building. No cutleries and no kettles for hot water, so we can’t make a cup of tea. It’s okay for a 2 nights stay.
