"Your hotel is very nice and clean. It is very welcoming in the lobby. Very spacious and well lighted. Nice decor. Very fresh and clean look…polished. I appreciate the details. Same can be said for my room! Interesting lighting very convenient and cool closet area. Bedding was clean and comfortable too. Nice to have a choice of pillow types. Comfortable seating options in my room is nice too. The mostly tiled floor is great with just enough carpeting to be comfortable. Great job! Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!"

"The room was clean, easy to travel, and close to the restaurant supermarket. The only regret was that the room was generally soundproof. One night the room next door yelled and the TV turned on very loudly. As a result, I was already in jet lag and didn't fall asleep all night."

"We just took an in town get-away from the kids. Service is friendly. Continental Breakfast in the beautiful dining area is beautiful. In fact, our stay was perfect with the exception of the visibly dirty and stained carpet in the room (not the common area) —- hard bottom slippers are an easy remedy. A peaceful, restful night and refreshed morning made everything look new by checkout time."

GGuest UserWe stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.

GGuest UserStaff was very friendly. Pool was descent. Gym room was good. I think elliptical need fixed they made a loud noise. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms were nice. Very close to airport. Shuttle lady was friendly but she parked a little far from where I had to go. So I got confused trying to find my way. Was dropped off my baggage claim I was catching a flight.

CCrystalHoliday inn is a great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and filling. Full breakfast not continental.
Staff went out of their way to help when my room fridge wasn’t working. They replaced it with a new mini fridge for my room.
I went for a visit to see my son and grandson and hotel staff welcomed my family.
I will return to Holiday Inn in Mesa Arizona again for sure. Thank you .

Ceilings are a bit low and beds a bit old but everything worked.
One weird thing. Rather than hold funds they actually pre-charge your card for the deposit. That’s unusual and a bit strange to be honest. Probably costs them more in CC fees and means your funds don’t come back for an entire week. Maybe they don’t know there’s another way to do that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

GGuest UserEasy to find and check in. I was okay with the room for the price, but then I couldn't sleep well. Because in the middle of the night above my room a lot of noisy people, possibly cleaning the room was loud and disturbing so I couldn't sleep until very late.

GGuest UserNew owners in the place and the regular receptionist has a dismissive attitude. Some rooms are quite nice and it’s a good deal but be careful, the ‘price’ starts at $44 but after taxes etc it sometimes becomes $75. It used to be about $52 but now it’s at least $62 no matter what the initial cost said. The last room was awful: clogged sink, floors dirty, the door could only be opened by the staff, apparently the key cards didn’t work so you would need to see the receptionist to enter. But other times it is nice.
