"The hotel misplaced our booking and could not find our booking information. That caused a panic but trip.com, which we booked the hotel from, sorted it out for us. Somehow the hotel lost the booking but they eventually found it.
Our room was ok. It was designed for seniors, with no closet or drawer, huge bathroom probably for accessibility concerns, no hair dryer.
The air conditioner was loud - may be the room was for seniors who may not mind the noise. But we needed to wear earplugs to go to sleep!
Front desk staff was very helpful. We did not print out our cruise tickets, and they printed for us and hand delivered to our room!"
"This hostel was really clean and pleasant. The shared bathrooms were spotless, and the shared kitchen was very well equipped. I actually regret staying here for only one night during my trip to LA🥲🥲 If I ever travel to LA alone again, I would definitely stay at this hostel again😀 The staff were very friendly. On the first floor, there is a shared kitchen and a laundry room ( with both washers and dryers), as well as a space where you can play pool and board games."
"The location is perfect for Venice Beach and short walk from Santa Monica. Bike and scooter rental on the doors step as well as bars restaurants and coffee shops. The staff here are super helpful and the rooms are clean. Great shared space to chill over looking the beach. Tea and coffee facilities 24hr with use of kitchen. Bagels and porridge oats available for breakfast. Shower rooms and toilets spotless with great water pressure."
"The location is excellent, it's a beautiful, modern, and new hotel.
However, upon check-in, there was no water in the room, even though bottled water was mentioned in the room description. You have to go to the water cooler on the third floor to get some. At breakfast, I came in from the room side, and all the tables were free; I was the only one there. A waitress approached me and told me to get in line. There was a group of 12 people who came for brunch and weren't staying at the hotel; they were preparing a table for them. I waited about 7 minutes for them to be seated before I could be seated. They didn't even give me a menu; I waited another 8 minutes and then just grabbed one myself. When I ordered avocado toast, I asked three times to add an egg, but it came without it, and they had to remake it. The hotel is wonderful, but the restaurant is not."
"We had an amazing stay at Viceroy Santa Monica. The hotel has a supreme location near the Santa Monica Pier and beach. Service is excellent throughout our time there. The hotel is aesthetic and uses elements of the ocean very well in its decoration."
"The room was a bit small but very well-appointed, and the service was excellent. There were no slippers in the room, but they were brought up immediately after I called the front desk. I was also granted a late check-out until 12:00 PM. It was a pleasant stay overall."
"The facilities were really nice and beautiful. Although there was a fire, it had nothing to do with the accommodation. I was worried. Of course, I knew it was wrong and canceled it right away. Others are ok"
"The breakfast is very simple, and there is no table for eating. The location is good and the surrounding community is clean. Parking is charged. Generally speaking, if you drive, it is not recommended to choose this place."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe service was incredibly thoughtful. I'd left an English book open in my room, read a few pages, and then rushed out to explore. When I returned to the hotel, I found a new bookmark with a message: 'Open your book and enter a world of tranquility. The Pacific awaits your new chapter.' The sea, the beach, the sun, a good book – everything for a perfect holiday comes together right here.
YYUNBreakfast is average, simple cold juice, fruit, ham slices, bread, potato chips, etc. However, drinks, drinks and snacks are free from the afternoon to the evening of 8 years. It is very warm.
CChenThe room was big but located in the back of the building with direct access from the street. Felt a little unsafe. The hotel also charged me twice. The first card was declined but for some unexplained reason partial payment was still taken. Sorted it out in the end but it took a couple of
hours explaining to my bank and the hotel manager to get it corrected.
MmybabychloeThe room is quite big, a bit old, but the quality is very good. The big bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The elevator is a bit slow because there are so many people. The two elevators are very small and you have to wait for a long time. There is no swimming pool. There is a free private driver who can pick up and drop off within a three-mile radius of the hotel. Bicycles are free to borrow. Parking is valet parking service. Self parking is not allowed.
沙沙缴县桓温The hotel is right next to Venice Beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. I did not pay attention to it before booking. In addition to the room fee, the parking fee should be charged separately. It costs $49 per night, and there is a landscape fee, which costs $45 per day.
BBoriykhonThe location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 2 minutes to the beach. There's also a Starbucks only 5 minutes away. The shared balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the promenade, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The building itself is two stories, and while the rooms were clean, they were quite small. The beds were also small, despite the description stating that the room could accommodate up to four people and that the bed was double-sized. Unfortunately, the bed was too small, and one of us had to sleep on the floor.
The price was very high, but I assume that’s because of the prime location. Despite these drawbacks, it’s worth staying here for the convenience and cleanliness. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM, even though check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated.
Ddeanwinchester99Not bad, and fairly clean. Check-in is done in a small room on the right hand side of the main entrance. Usually no one is there. Knock on the small window.
CCDyujieThe location is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, offering both a peaceful and quiet environment. It's also conveniently located a 10-15 minute walk from the pier and shopping center. The room was sunny, well-equipped, and very clean and refreshing.
AaaaaamieThe room is nice but the air conditioning is old. It once stopped. After the staff fixed it, it stopped again and we need to use the fan mode instead.
GGuest UserWe loved everything about this hotel, especially Manuel's charming manner, you can tell he loves his job, we only have good words for him.
A special hug to Manuel and the entire hotel team.
