GGuest UserWe came there on Friday about 30 minutes before the check In time. Had to wait almost 3 hours to get into room due ti a water line break. Had dinner reservations that we almost barley made it to. They did not offer any kind of compensation for this and was upset because of it. My wife had an appointment for a massage and had to be canceled also. Other than that trip was great. Great views

AaWe had a great stay at Hilton, staff was just amazing. We reached early and Shanya at desk was super helpful and got room ready for us earlier than check in time. The ladies at bar area were super friendly. We used pool and jacuzzi which was very nice. The views of river from the room were amazing.

RRuichateGreat value for money, just a 5-minute walk from the waterfall scenic area, and plenty of shops around the hotel. Although it's an older hotel with a design from over a decade ago, it's been recently renovated. Overall, it's pretty good; the bathroom fixtures are new, there's new carpeting, and no strange smells in the room. The bed is also comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights and did not set the do not disturb function, but the room was not cleaned. The service attitude of the restaurant was very poor, probably because we are Chinese. My daughter speaks very good English, but she basically ignored me. I booked a room for two days, and on the second day I went to the restaurant and was told that we only had breakfast for one day. I went to the front desk to find it again, and it was only then that I could get it. This is also a five-star hotel. In a word, it is a pain to stay in a hotel abroad, and Ctrip has no advantages abroad.

GGuest UserLocation is the best, short walk to the Falls. Staff is helpful, there's a problem with smell from aircon and the staff has changed the room to the top floor with nice view. Breakfast was quite good, enjoying the waffle maker. Free coffee and ice 24/7.

EElbokaAlthough no breakfast provided, but I really appreciated the 24hours complimentary coffee, tea and hot water at the lobby. Definitely recommend this place if you wish for a cozy nights at Niagara Falls, strategic location and comfortable hotel. Niagara park is just a few steps away!

KKhasanbaiThe hotel is located along the road, a little far from the center, there are no shops next to it, shops are located 20-25 min walking, in the department there is a continental breakfast! Minuses are not, the main thing in the department is clean, and there are no unpleasant odors!
