"Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed."
"Hotel itself was very clean and nicely presented. A well equipped gym room with 24 hour access on site, but they also had a little workout area in the room itself which was really handy. As a vegan, having all of the toiletries there plant based was a really pleasant surprise. Also, Tyjuanna at the front desk was an angel and incredibly helpful during both check in and check out."
"The location was very convenient. It was right by an Omni loop station and 5-7 min walk from a Metro-rail station. The hotel was clean and the staff members were kind. What I also loved about the hotel was the lounge/lobby. There were many amenitites facilitating comforts for hotel guests. I would definitely come and stay here again! : )"
"The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise. The breakfast was standard but good, with homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, and rich orange juice."
"The hotel is on the side of the road, and the traffic is convenient, but we live on a floor parallel to the elevated road, which is still a bit noisy. The sister at the front desk of the hotel is very polite, the check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the key parking fee is cheap. The original Hampton Inn Suit parking fee was $ 30 per night. The tax is only $ 20 and it is self-parking. The facilities and facilities of the suite are ok. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Large-size TVs have free Internet TVs such as Hulu, and Netflix's trendy movies can still be watched. There is an anti-human design. A light in the partition between the living room and the bedroom will always be on. I haven't found the switch when I searched the room. It is very bad to sleep at night. Breakfast management is also very good, as long as it is a guest, just eat in and out. The variety is good, especially the waffle baking equipment has two sets, the coffee is free to pack, and you can also make hot chocolate drinks. The fruits are only bananas and oranges. That orange is a high-quality blood orange and it tastes great."
"The room's decor is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable, with tall, floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful city views. The lobby staff were warm and attentive. There's a free MetroMover station near the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient."
"Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel."
"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.
Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.
Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.
Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.
Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."
"Decent Stay, but Be Prepared for Aircraft Noise. The location of Staybridge Miami Airport is convenient—very close to the airport and easy for early flights or quick layovers. However, the hotel sits right at the end of one of the runways, so you will hear airplane noise throughout the day. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind.
Overall, the property is fine for short stays, especially if proximity to the airport is your priority, but the constant aircraft noise may not make it ideal for longer visits or those seeking a quiet environment."
"Great location, convenient for getting around. It's clean and quiet, everything was perfect."

AAnonymous UserStay was generally good overall, they allowed early check in as rooms were available when we arrived which is a plus, only thing is wifi isn’t great kept disconnecting. Overall it’s a good hotel and in a more quiet part of downtown not too far from port of Miami.
GGuest UserOur family stayed in the heart of Miami, and we got to see the beautiful Miami Beach from here. It was also convenient to have a microwave in the hotel room.
GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty good, conveniently located near the airport, and the interior environment is quite nice – clean and tidy. The rooms were suitable, and everyone was satisfied. The only downside, which is unavoidable, is the noise from the airplanes. Other than that, everything was great.
HHelenxiaoshijieThe hotel is located on an island in the lake right across from the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every half hour between the hotel and the airport, which is quite convenient. However, precisely because of its proximity, the noise is excessive. Our room faced the airport runway and train tracks, and the frequent airplane takeoffs were very loud. The room facilities are quite old and poorly maintained; the furniture and carpet showed significant wear and tear. Service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly, while others were cold and rude. Efficiency and professionalism were also lacking. Upon check-in, the room had two bottles of shampoo but no body wash, and one bottle of drinking water had already been opened. I called the front desk twice, but no one came to replace them even by the time we checked out two days later.
GGuest UserThe shuttle runs frequently, even at night. The location is literally 5 minutes from the airport. The bed is good. The air conditioning, as usual in the States, blasts cold air. The hotel overall feels a bit dated, although the furniture and carpets have been updated. But compared to other countries, it's definitely not competitive anymore. A downside is that there's no store or room service at night, and no cafes nearby. I had to go to sleep hungry. :(
AAilsabinbinThe hotel is in the city center and has convenient transportation. There is a kitchen where you can cook something and a bathtub. It is big enough. However, the surrounding road construction is a little inconvenient. I drove my own car and parking is free.
GGuest UserFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.
AAnonymous UserPlease do NOT take breakfast, limit options & taste bad. The cleaner din vacuum the floor & the bed is soft ,not suitable for people who has back problems. There is a shuttle bus from and to the airport but it is always late & passed me by.

GGuest UserReview:
I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
GGuest UserI wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
