I love it here, the front desk lady was so nice. Feel like being home. The theme of the hotel is also fantastic! I think it relate to some black people culture :） Very warm hotel, the area is a bit unsafe. It is scary at night. The theme is black culture. Very special hotel!

The location was in principle OK! Unfortunately, around the hotel were several building sites that means it was very loud Monday to Saturday !!!! (It was noise of circular saws to hear from concrete and others - no talk of relaxation at the pool!!). Moreover, there was a building next to it with huge generators brumble the 24hs of day. I live in Vienna next to a main street - so noise was habited but that was unfortunately another calibre ... Service must not expect - we needed to toilet paper - that needed 3 visits to the ”reception” - then you got a roll 🤣🤣 Towels for the pool or the gym were not there too!!! In addition we had to pay for the arrival 160,- Euro Destination Fee (no talk of it was in the hotel description!!) Despite the hotel's equipment was fine, I can't recommend it (price - performance ratio doesn't fit - for what is offered, totally overpriced!!! The ladies at the reception, look in their phone when you come and ignore a complete! No speech of a friendly greeting .... Who wants to book a room yet I can only recommend it with a pool view!! Great hotel... suitable for a layover. However, if you plan on going to outlets again, it might not be the best choice as you'll need to take an Uber.

The room's decor is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable, with tall, floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful city views. The lobby staff were warm and attentive. There's a free MetroMover station near the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient.

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Super Nice place. This is the second time I’ve been here, I’ve had a room in the pink house each time. The rooms are clean and bedding is comfortable. Well located not far from the city center. Good quality and price. Only negative point is that it’s impossible to control the AC, it’s very very cold in the room and every time the AC starts to work during the night you will be awake. Bring earplugs.

The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise. The breakfast was standard but good, with homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, and rich orange juice.

It’s a good hotel but that is some hidden charges that they charge you after you leave like we had two rooms they charged it on each room sixty four dollars and one sixty eight dollars which we did not know anything about and when I checked out I asked the lady she said no you’re always $4 only for water

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

Great location if you are interested in the Wynwood Walls. Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Rooftop pool can be accessed until sunset....Great gym and has yoga classes (unfortunately did not get a chance to take advantage of it). Includes $15 credit to food and drinks per night (some exclusions). Pool table also available to guests in the lobby. Water and nespresso are also included.
