"I had an excellent business stay at Holiday Inn. The location is super convenient, saving me a lot of travel time and effort. The hotel environment is simple and fresh, and the room was tidy and well-organized. All the toiletries and office facilities I needed were available, and the layout was sensible and not cramped. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the service was professional and thoughtful, not noisy at all, making it perfect for both rest and work. It offers outstanding value for money and consistent quality, making it an efficient and worry-free choice for business trips."
"I stayed at TRYP by Wyndham Newark Downtown on a Tuesday night and overall had a good experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, an easy walking distance to Newark Penn Station, which makes getting around extremely convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the property feels well-maintained. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower, which was noticeably weak. Everything else worked well, but stronger water pressure would make the stay much better.
Overall, a solid choice for a short stay in Newark, especially if you need quick access to Penn Station."
"The hotel's overall condition didn't quite meet my expectations due to the large number of guests during the year-end events. However, I was pleased with the daily housekeeping cleanliness and the hotel's location. The Whole Foods Market across the street and the airport pick-up/drop-off service were also a plus."
"Outstanding!
Everything was perfect from the staff to the room and the shuttle.
The room was super clean and the staff were so kind. I highly recommend staying there, particularly for those who are travelling from/to Newark airport. It is located by it and offers a free shuttle service every 30 minutes."
"This is the oldest Hilton hotel I've ever stayed in. At 179cm tall, I felt the bathroom sink was a bit high. There was no mineral water in the room, so I brought my own slippers. The second floor is the front desk, and there's a small shop outside. There are many businesses outside, but for some reason it's been closed 24 hours a day for the past two days. Transportation is very convenient, with a train station next door, which has a McDonald's and small shops, and is two stops away from Manhattan. There are some homeless people, so try not to go out at night. I prefer a quiet room facing a side street, as cars, especially motorcycles, can be quite noisy around midnight."
"The overall feeling of the hotel is good, the location is closer to the Newark Broad train station. A little further away from Path. Direct access to NY Pennsylvania Station (you can change to the subway to go to various places). The room size is as described. Breakfast is fine. Service attitude is also very good. There is Shuttle Bus pick-up service but the waiting time is a little longer. We recommend this hotel by all means!"
"Lots of issues in the first couple days, A special shout out to Jena, who truly made our trip. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and her kindness made such a difference to our family experience. People like Jena are what turn a stay into a memory — thank you for being amazing!"
"I only stayed for one night, and the official checkout time was 12 PM the next day. However, before 11 AM, two different cleaning staff members opened my door without knocking to clean. It was quite startling! Is their service usually this casual?"
"I've stayed at the Courtyard in Colombo before and it was great, but this Courtyard is not the same as the other Courtyard. There are small shops all around, the speakers are very loud, the soundproofing in the room is poor, all kinds of noises are very noisy, it's hard to open the window in the room, the bedding is very average, there are no slippers, I don't dare to walk around, I usually don't write reviews, just want to remind my Chinese friends"

Great
RRohitThis was a layover hotel for us and it did the trick. It is only about 15 minutes away from Teminal C at EWR and also has shuttles that can drop you to the airport. Remember to call ahead of time and book your slot because the shuttle runs at scheduled time and can be full. They have a decent spread for breakfast. The reception is very helpful as well.
YYiqiyihui186The rooms are quite new and spacious. After landing, you have to go to a designated airport pickup point, but for departure, you can go directly to the terminal. The hotel breakfast is pretty poor, which is a common issue with American hotels – not only is the quality lacking ☹️, but it's also presented very unattractively.
TTraveling TanThe Hampton Inn Newark Airport is a conveniently located hotel just 10 minutes from the airport. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the room was a good size. However, I found my legs and feet itchy after sleeping in the bed, so I would recommend that the housekeeping staff focus on cleaning the bedding more thoroughly. The check-in process was a little cumbersome because I didn't have an international debit or credit card, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport.
Here are some specific things that could be improved:
The bedding could be cleaned more thoroughly to remove any allergens that may be causing the itching.
The check-in process could be streamlined for guests who do not have an international debit or credit card. For example, the hotel could create a process where cash can be accepted for incidentals without having to wait to get approval from the manager.
Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hampton Inn Newark Airport. I would recommend it to people who are looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport.
GGuest UserIt is surrounded by highways, so it is extremely difficult to get there by car. The shuttle vans from the airport are black and white, making them difficult to distinguish.
MminilouIt's suitable for one night stay, but the stupidest airport pick-up service is that the front desk is too busy to arrange the pick-up at all. Some guests waited for 2 hours for the shuttle to pick them up.
Ccathy999It was transferred from Airbnb to this hotel. The facilities of the hotel are intact, the sanitary conditions are good, the free parking lot is spacious, and the breakfast provided during the epidemic is relatively simple, and it can be taken back to the room for consumption, which is already considered good. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, I would recommend him.
GGuest UserThe smell of paint is indeed strong. I don't know if the furniture is painted or something.
The front desk service is good and the guy is very friendly.
I didn't have breakfast because I had an early flight. I guess there are only a few options. Breakfast in American hotels is quite impetuous.
XXingyanliThis was the best travel experience of all my trips. When I arrived at night, it was too dark to find the house number, but the host came within ten minutes and checked the lock for me. The room was clean and the surroundings were great. When I wanted to extend my stay, the host said he had no other place to stay, but he kindly helped me find someone else's B&B! He even drove me to the supermarket in his car! What a thoughtful person!
SSICHAOOK, business trips can live, the environment is general, breakfast is general, there is not much choice for breakfast, the taste is general, the price is good. Suitable for business trips, it is general
