"The location is located in the city center and the university campus. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with advanced facilities, user-friendly design, and good service attitude. The son is very praised, saying that it is on the same level as a five-star hotel, and the breakfast is good!"
"At check-in, I upgraded the high-floor double bed room for $25. The room layout is very interesting and the view is good. The hotel as a whole is old, but the maintenance and cleaning are done well. Hotel location is very good, walking distance from business district, Millennium Park, Michigan avenue business district."
"The room is not very big but it is enough. The hygiene is good, but the sound insulation is too poor. In the morning, it is a simple American meal that is enough to fill you up. There is no meat. There is a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor. There are 2 food supermarkets nearby with a variety of choices including organic agricultural products. It is a good choice for accommodation in the North Campus of the University of Michigan."
"Very close to the university, the room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were complete, including a fridge, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning was silent. Overall, I'm very satisfied."
"Overall, the experience was average. It's quite good to get a room in this location at this price for this season. The room has been renovated, but not with the proper care. The pillows are terrible! The location is good, convenient to everything, much more convenient than hotels on campus. It's worth the money! The restaurant seemed to be under renovation and closed for breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with plenty of options! The room attendant knocked on the door, like a local police officer."
"Husband and I stayed here for one night and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the room.
Breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods including eggs, meat, cereal, breads, waffles, juices…etc!
They had a pool in which we did not check out but other than that we enjoyed our stay!"

Great
GGuest UserWe stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. The best part about the hotel room was the bathroom. The shower was huge with a seat. There were two mirrors with lights and Bluetooth you could pair to your phone to play music. We did not try it but we both thought that it was a cool feature. Unlike most hotels, the fitness center had cables and fancy workout bikes. The sauna was very relaxing. We did not go in the pool or hot tub because I did have to work for a couple hours on Saturday and we got in late on Friday. We relaxed in our hotel room after a gym and sauna session. After 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, it is hard to find parking that is close to the door. We had to park in the back far away from the entrance. My boyfriend was very annoyed by this and rated the hotel a two star because of it lol. I hope to try the pool and hot tub next time we go to this hotel. I also would like to try a pool view room maybe those are nicer. We will have to try the restaurant/bar next time too. Maybe if we come a weekday the parking situation will be better. Overall it was a pretty nice stay. I hope they update their thermostats to something nicer sooner than later.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient,I attend my son’s commencement.Everybody at the check-in is very nice and professional. The room is very historical and elegant。
KKAIThe hotel does not provide free breakfast, which needs to be paid at your own expense, but after contacting Ctrip customer service, Ctrip will return the breakfast fee at your own expense after check-out. However, I still feel a little deceived in my heart, with some regrets.
GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing and even during a pandemic the wedding was beautiful. Leah was amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed Meg at the front desk and the General manager was willing to help us with anything. Such a blessing to find this fabulous hotel for the wedding and rehearsal dinner. Thank you thank you
TTravelifeJoThe room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night
AAnonymous UserNot far from Umich, parking is convenient. fairfield inn unified appearance, quality is the same. Breakfast is good. The price is quite high.
GGuest UserThere's a supermarket and pharmacy right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, making transportation very convenient. The room has a microwave; I bought milk and bread at the supermarket and heated it up for breakfast. Great value for money.
